    摘要: A stator assembly and a center disk spindle double-rotor motor, includes a stator carrier and a winding core body; a through slot is formed in an end surface of the stator carrier in a penetrating manner; and the winding core body is arranged in the through slot. The center disk spindle double-rotor motor includes a transmission shaft, a stator assembly and rotor assemblies; the stator assembly is arranged on the transmission shaft; the transmission shaft can rotate relative to the stator assembly; the transmission shaft is fixedly provided with the rotor assemblies on two sides of the stator assembly. The whole center disk spindle double-rotor motor uses a double-rotor structure; and by means of the stator assembly of a specific structure, and in combination with the rotor assembly, the motor has beneficial effects of high efficiency, high power, large torque, low loss, light mass, good heat dissipation and the like.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for AM of all-in-one radiation shielding components from multi-material metal alloys, metal matrix, MMCs, and/or gradated compositions of the same are disclosed, comprising: providing an apparatus having: an energy source; a scanner; a powder system for powder(s); a powder delivery system; a shielding gas; and a computer coupled to and configured to control the energy source, scanner, powder system, and powder delivery system to deposit layers of the sample; programming the computer with specifications of the sample; using the computer to control electromagnetic radiation, mixing ratio, and powder deposition parameters based on the specifications of the sample; and using the autofocusing scanner to focus and scan the electromagnetic radiation onto the sample while the powders are concurrently deposited by the powder delivery system onto the sample to create a melting pool to deposit one or more layers onto the sample.     摘要: Methods and apparatuses for manufacturing are disclosed, including (a) providing an apparatus having: a laser; a scanner; a powder injection system; a powder spreading system; a dichroic filter; an imager-and-processor; and a computer; (b) programming the computer with structural and material specifications of a sample; (c) using the computer to set initial parameters based on the structural and material specifications of the sample; (d) adjusting a stage to position the sample; (e) focusing and scanning electromagnetic radiation onto the sample while powder is concurrently injected onto the sample in order to deposit a layer; (f) capturing two-dimensional images of the sample and probing the sample to determine whether the deposited layer was manufactured per the structural and material specifications; (g) use the computer to adjust the three-dimensional manufacturing parameters based on the determination made in step (f) prior to additively manufacturing a subsequent layer or making repairs; and (h) repeating steps (d), (e), (f), and (g) until the manufacture is complete.     摘要: Disclosed is a barrel-shaped component and a container and an electric motor housing based thereon. The barrel-shaped component comprises a hollow metal pipe (11), wherein two ends of the hollow metal pipe (11) are respectively provided with an inlet (12) and an outlet (13). The hollow metal pipe (11) continuously spirals around an axis to form a plurality of annular components (14) arranged in parallel, wherein the annular components (14) are welded and fixed to each other. A component of any shape and size can be processed by using a simple elbow mould, thereby improving the cooling effect, lowering the processing cost and the material cost, and increasing the rigidity of the whole component where the barrel has the same wall thickness.

    摘要: The present invention provides a friction minimized bearing structure, which is operated in a same-speeded and contrary-directional manner, and actives an inner ring and an outer ring to rotate synchronously in contrary directions. Otherwise, rollers are mounted on a supporting gear module, the roller contacts with the outer ring of the bearing structure and rotate in contrary directions within the same rotation speed, therefore achieves a friction-minimized bearing structure. The bearing structure of present invention makes the relative velocity between the balls and the inner ring, and the outer ring is relatively down to zero or nearly zero. With such manner, an inner friction between the balls, inner ring and the outer ring may be relatively down to zero or nearly zero so as to achieve the objective of minimizing the friction.
