    摘要: A method of producing a stretched film comprising melt-coextruding a thermoplastic resin A and a thermoplastic resin B to produce a composite film 1 having both-end films 2 of the thermoplastic resin B arranged in parallel at both end portions of the main film 1a of the thermoplastic resin A in the direction of width thereof, stretching the composite film, and cutting and removing both end portions of the stretched film in the direction of width, wherein a film stretch stress value of the both-end films 2 is larger than a film stretch stress value of the main film 1a at the same stretching ratio. This minimizes an increase in the thickness at both end portions of the film in stretching the film and decreases the widths by which both end portions of the expensive resin film are to be cut and removed for producing a film.

    摘要: [Problem] The present invention provides a manufacturing method and apparatus of an organic resin coated metal sheet which can surely remove resin portions projecting from both edges of a metal sheet.[Means for Resolution] A long strip metal sheet 1 is continuously fed using a metal-sheet supply means 13. Temperatures of edge portions 1a, 1b of the metal sheet 1 and a temperature of an approximately central portion 1c of the metal sheet 1 are respectively measured using a metal-sheet temperature measuring means 7 arranged directly upstream of lamination rolls 10. Respectively measured temperature values are inputted to a heating temperature control means 14. An output value calculated by the heating temperature control means is inputted to a metal sheet center portion heating means 3 arranged directly upstream of the T-die 8 so as to heat a widthwise approximately center portion of the metal sheet 1 to a first temperature by the metal sheet center portion heating means 3. Output values calculated by the heating temperature control means 14 are fed to metal sheet edge portion heating means 5 arranged directly upstream of the T-die 8 so as to heat the widthwise edge portions of the metal sheet 1 to a second temperature higher than the first temperature by the metal sheet edge portion heating means 5. A resin film is extruded to pre-rolls 9 such that the resin film projects from both widthwise edge portions of the metal sheet 1. The resin film is applied to the metal sheet 1 by sandwiching and pressure-bonding the metal sheet 1 and the resin film between a pair of lamination rolls 10. Resin portions 2a in a semi-molten state and projecting from both edge portions of the metal sheet are removed by press cutting.

    摘要: A monodisperse spherical, ellipsoidal or plate-like vaterite calcium carbonate almost free from secondary aggregation is disclosed. The vaterite type calcium carbonate is prepared by the steps of adding 5-20 times mol equivalent of water with respect to unslaked lime to a methanol suspension of 0.5-12 weight % of unslaked lime and/or slaked lime (in case of slaked, conversion is to be made into unslaked lime of the same mol) to prepare of a mixture of methanol, unslaked lime and/or slaked lime and water, letting carbon dioxide gas through said mixture, adjusting the temperature in the carbonation reaction systemto not less than 30.degree. C. before arrival of conductivity within carbonation reaction system at the maximal point on conductivity variation curve in the carbonation reaction system and adjusting the time from start of carbonation reaction to the point where the conductivity is 100.mu. S/cm to be less than 1,000 minutes. A method for growing or controlling in shape the vaterite calcium carbonate used as matrix is also disclosed.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a resin-coated metal sheet comprising: laminating two or more kinds of molten resins, to form a multilayer film; extruding the multilayer film through a multi-manifold die onto a metal sheet; wherein at least one kind of molten resin contains a coloring component; wherein said molten resins include a first resin having a high melt viscosity and a second resin having a low melt viscosity; wherein the multi-manifold die has plural resin passages through which plural resins pass; wherein the resin passage through which the first resin passes is maintained at a higher temperature than the resin passage through which the low melt viscosity resin passes; wherein the difference in melt viscosity of adjoining resin layers is 3,000 poises or less at a shear rate of 20 to 500 s−1; wherein the molten resin containing a coloring component has a melt tension Tm in the range of 0.5 g≧1.0 g, and a thickness of the layer of the resin containing a coloring component is equal to one-third or more of the total thickness of the resin coating.

The preventive film for a polarizing film and the releasable preventive film for a polarizing film exhibit an extremely small double refraction and can be produced at a low cost, and the polarizing plate using these films allows the detection of optical defects with ease.
