摘要: A silicone embossing rubber roller has no fine depression defects on the surface and, furthermore, is not liable to produce protrusions on an embossed plastic film surface. The silicone rubber roller is such that the silicone rubber layer on the surface contains spherical solid particles, and the spherical solid particles having a particle size of 0.8 μm or smaller and the spherical solid particles having a particle size of 30 μm or larger respectively occupy 1% or less of the volume of all the spherical solid particles.

摘要: A laminated film exhibits a certain adhesive property to various adherends having shapes or different irregularity shapes. The laminated film includes a resin layer A on one surface of a substrate and a resin layer B on the other surface. The resin layer A has a ten-point average surface roughness Rz(a) of 1.5 μm or more and 5.0 μm or less and a storage elastic modulus G′ at 25° C. and 1 Hz of 3.0×105 Pa or more.

摘要: A heat-sealable insulating film for installation in a secondary battery including a positive electrode member and a negative electrode member being formed from a collector foil and an active material layer formed to cover one end on the collector foil, wherein an adhesive layer is adhered by heat-sealing to cover at least a boundary of an exposed part of the collector foil and the active material layer of the positive electrode member or the negative electrode member, a peripheral edge of the positive electrode member or the negative electrode member has a cross-sectional surface including the collector foil and the insulating film, and the insulating film consists of at least two layers of a base material layer made of a polyolefin resin and the adhesive layer made of a polyolefin resin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof.

摘要: A method is provided for fabricating a surface protection film that has no rolling defects such as blocking or wrinkling when rolled into a roll, and that, after the film is bonded to an adherend, is rolled into a roll, and stored for long periods of time, does not transfer unevenness or fisheyes on the back surface to the adherend. The surface protection film is fabricated as an elastomer by setting the arithmetical mean roughness (Ra) of the surface of a cold roller (4) to no more than 0.2 μm, and the ten point mean roughness (Rz) of the surface of a nip roller (3) to 2-8 μm and the mean distance (Sm) between protrusions and depressions thereof to no more than 90 μm.

摘要: A fluorine resin film has a heat ray-shielding function, through which film it is possible to see natural colors of a colorless translucency, without any adverse effect on the high translucency, strong mechanical properties, robust weather resistance, and other properties inherent to a fluorine resin. The film provides mechanical properties, translucency, long-term weather resistance, and other properties of a fluorine resin film; which has excellent heat ray shielding; and through which natural colors can be seen with a colorless translucency. The film contains indium tin oxide having a mean particle size of 10-200 nm and a blue pigment having a mean particle size of 10-200 nm wherein the indium tin oxide content A (wt %) and blue pigment content B (wt %) in the film simultaneously satisfy 10/t≦A≦60/t and 0.05A≦B≦0.3A wherein t represents film thickness.

摘要: A heat-ray-blocking fluororesin film includes a heat-ray-blocking metal oxide and a hydrotalcite-type compound represented by Chemical Formula [1], wherein the content of the hydrotalcite-based compound is 0.03 to 1.0 wt %. The heat-ray-blocking fluororesin can exhibit excellent heat-ray-blocking performance while keeping the properties inherent in fluororesin films such as mechanical properties, transparency and long-term weatherability and is transparent and can be used out of doors for a long period of time, wherein Mg2+1−a.Al3+a(OH−)2.ANn−a/n.cH2O where 0.2≤a≤0.35 and 0≤c≤1; ANn− indicates n-valent anion.

摘要: A polypropylene based sealant film for retort packaging includes a film made of a resin composition that contains 70 to 85 wt % of a propylene/ethylene block copolymer (a) and 15 to 30 wt % of a low-density polyethylene based polymer (b), wherein, as for the propylene/ethylene block copolymer (a), a proportion of a 20° C. xylene insoluble portion is 75 to 85 wt % relative to 100 wt % of (a), a limiting viscosity ([η]H) of the insoluble portion is 1.7 to 2.0 dl/g, and a limiting viscosity ([η]EP) of a soluble portion is 3.0 to 3.4 dl/g, and the low-density polyethylene based polymer (b) has a density of 0.900 to 0.930 g/cm3 and a melt flow rate of 1 to 10 g/10 minutes.
