    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing carrier microorganisms, in particular bacteria, which, through targeted genetic manipulation, carry epitopes or epitomers, respectively, on their surfaces. Epitomers are antigenically effective epitopes that can be found in the polypeptide chain in multiple identical copies, and which, when expressed on the surface of the bacteria, can be used for immunization with particular success. A further aspect relates to correspondingly produced bacteria and their uses as vaccines, in particular in cancer therapy.
