Abstract: A pedestrian notification apparatus, which is configured to be used in a vehicle, includes an ambient object detector, a notification target detector and a notifier. Abstract: In a collision avoidance apparatus (1), a first information acquisition unit (7) generates first information that includes the position, speed and advancement direction of a first mobile body, and obtains first information from a first information transmitting unit (1) having a transmitting function. A second information acquisition unit (9) obtains second information that includes the position, speed and advancement direction of a second mobile body. A first mobile body prediction unit (11) predicts positions (P1) of the first mobile body at future time points T, based on the first information, and a second mobile body prediction unit (13) predicts the positions (P2) of the second mobile body at the time points T, based on the second information. A judgement unit (15) judges whether or not the positions (P1) of the first mobile body and the positions (P2) of the second mobile body satisfy predetermined conditions, and if the conditions are satisfied, a signal outputting unit (17) outputs a signal which is specific to that case.

Abstract: A retreat traveling assist apparatus is provided with a state detecting module, a traveling command module, and a body command module. The state detecting module detects a state in which a driver of the vehicle cannot drive the vehicle properly (hereinafter referred to as driving-impossible state). The traveling command module activates a retreat travelling deceleration control to stop the vehicle in a refuge place surrounding the vehicle, when the state detecting module detects the driving-impossible state. The body command module activates a pretensioner control to tighten a seatbelt of a driver's seat in the vehicle, in response to an activation of the retreat traveling deceleration control activated by the traveling command module.
