摘要： A motor chainsaw has a housing enclosing a motor with actuator and a saw chain. A braking device for the saw chain is positioned in the housing. The braking device has a brake drum and a brake band guided around the brake drum. The braking device has a brake lever connected to the housing so as to be pivotable about a first axis of rotation for moving the brake band from a release position into a braking position. A return kick brake for actuating the braking device is provided. The return kick brake has a ready position and an actuated position in which the brake band is in the braking position. The return kick brake has a hand protection grip, a control lever, and a return kick brake spring for loading the control lever. The control lever, when the return kick brake is moved from the ready position into the actuated position, pivots the brake lever into the braking position. A coasting brake for actuating the braking device has a transmission member, connected to the actuator and the brake lever, and a coasting brake spring for loading the brake band in the braking position. The brake lever has a second axis of rotation extending parallel to the first axis of rotation. The brake lever pivots about the second axis of rotation when the coasting brake is actuated.

摘要： A motor chain saw with a driving sprocket wheel adapted to be driven by a motor through the intervention of a centrifugal clutch, or the like. A safety clutch is arranged in the driving connection between the motor shaft and the driving sprocket and disengageable by a release mechanism. The safety clutch includes at least one disengageable follower member for interconnecting the two pertaining clutch members while being coaxially arranged with the centrifugal clutch and being located adjacent thereto. The safety clutch is arranged on that side of said centrifugal clutch which faces toward the driving sprocket while being located in the driving connection between the centrifugal clutch and the driving sprocket.

摘要： The invention is directed to an air-intake arrangement for a two-stroke engine for use in hand-guided, engine-driven apparatus such as motor-driven chain saws. The air-intake arrangement includes an air filter and a baffle wall for guiding fuel particles that are buffeted back out of the air induction channel by the engine. The baffle wall has a curvature to define a deflector to redirect the fuel particles in a largely gaseous state towards the carburetor. The arrangement provides an optimum air-fuel mixture which is not overrich and a trouble-free operation of the engine.

摘要： A chain saw is disclosed having a drive motor which drives the sprocket wheel of the saw chain via a transmission stage. The sprocket wheel rotates in the same direction as the drive shaft of the drive motor and drives the saw chain in such a manner that the portion thereof traversing the lower periphery of the cutter bar moves toward the housing of the chain saw. The saw chain is braked with a braking arrangement which develops a braking moment that causes the chain saw to develop a reaction moment that opposes the kickback moment occurring as a consequence of the kickback action. In this way, the angle through which the chain saw is deflected during kickback is reduced. In addition, a compact configuration of the motor housing of the chain saw is obtained wherein the braking arrangement is kept free of dirt and chips.

摘要： A motor chain saw in which serially arranged clutches are interposed between the motor output shaft and the chain of the saw. The clutches include a centrifugal clutch and a mechanically controlled clutch. The mechanically controlled clutch has at least one drive element having an engaged position and a disengaged position and is acted on by centrifugal force urging it toward the position which it occupies. A spring urges the device element toward engaged position with a force less than the centrifugal force which acts on the drive element above a certain speed. The mechanically controlled clutch includes at least one control operable to move the drive element in at least disengaging direction during rotation of the clutch.

摘要： A process for the production of polybutadiene having a high cis-1,4-content by the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene in an aliphatic solvent in the presence of a catalyst consisting essentially of(a) an organoaluminum compound,(b) water, and(c) a cobalt compound soluble in the aliphatic solvent,is improved by the combination wherein the 1,3-butadiene is polymerized at a temperature of 0.degree.-100.degree. C., the aliphatic solvent is hexane; the catalyst consists essentially of(a) diethylaluminum chloride,(b) water, and(c) cobalt octoate, cobalt naphthenate or a mixture thereof;and the catalyst components are added to a mixture of the 1,3-butadiene and the hydrocarbon solvent in the sequence of (a), then (b), and then (c), wherein the mixture is homogenized after addition of each catalyst component.

摘要： A measuring cell for the continuous determination of the carbon dioxide content of a flowing liquid. The cell comprises an inner chamber having a first substantially cylindrical portion, an input conduit for the feeding of liquid to the cell and a discharge line for the removal of the liquid. The input conduit has a portion entering at one end of the first portion tangentially to its peripheral surface and a discharge line has a portion disposed in a direction of the longitudinal axis of the first portion and entering the chamber below the input conduit. The input conduit is constricted at or immediately ahead of the point of entry and a device is disposed within the chamber in the immediate vicinity of the point of entry or directly ahead of the entry of the discharge line for measuring the temperature of the liquid and a second device is disposed at the inner wall of the first portion for measuring the outgassing pressure of the liquid. The two devices produce electrical signals corresponding to the measured values and conductors carry the signals out of the chamber of the measuring cell.
