摘要: A process for preparing 1-butene and a 1,3-butadiene derivative, containing the steps of a) non-oxidatively catalytically dehydrogenating a feedstock gas stream containing n-butane, hydrogen, other low-boiling secondary constituents and high boilers, to form a product mixture containing unreacted n-butane, 1-butene, 2-butenes, 1,3-butadiene, hydrogen, other low-boiling secondary constituents and high boilers; b) removing hydrogen, other low boilers and high boilers, to give a product mixture containing n-butane, 1-butene, two 2-butenes and 1,3-butadiene; c) reacting some of the 1,3-butadiene obtained in the removing b), to form a derivative; d) removing the 1,3-butadiene derivative obtained in the reacting c); e) selectively hydrogenating the 1,3-butadiene not derivatized in the reacting c), to form 1-butene; and f) distillatively removing 1-butene from the hydrocarbon stream obtained in the hydrogenating e), to leave a residual stream.

摘要: A catalyst, useful in the preparation of isoolefins and containing 0.1 to 20% by mass of an alkali metal oxide, an alkaline earth metal oxide and mixtures thereof; 0.1 to 99% by mass of aluminum oxide; and 0.1 to 99% by mass of silicon dioxide, is prepared by a) treating an aluminosilicate with an aqueous alkali metal salt solution, an alkaline earth metal salt solution and mixtures thereof, under acidic conditions, to obtain a treated aluminosilicate; and b) calcining the treated aluminosilicate, to obtain the catalyst.

摘要: The present invention relates to the preparation of 3-methylbut-1-ene from a hydrocarbon stream I comprising isobutene by feeding a hydrocarbon stream II which comprises at least 70% by mass of isobutene in relation to the olefins present in the hydrocarbon stream and which has been obtained from hydrocarbon stream I or is identical to it to a process step for hydroformylation in which isobutene is hydroformylated in the presence of a rhodium catalyst, hydrogenating the aldehyde obtained from the hydroformylation of isobutene to the corresponding alcohol and preparing 3-methylbut-1-ene by water elimination from the alcohol.

摘要: The present invention relates to the preparation of olefins or olefin mixtures having from 8 to 12 carbon atoms from one or more olefin(s) having from 4 to 6 carbon atoms by means of a four-stage synthesis. The four-stage synthesis comprises the steps of hydroformylation to form the aldehyde, hydrogenation to form the alcohol, elimination of water to form the 1-olefin and metathesis. The C8-C12-olefins obtained can be used, for example, for peparing plasticizer alcohols, in particular isononanol.
