    摘要: A method and apparatus for washing solid substrate with ultrasonic wave after hybridization reaction are provided. The method includes (1) putting the solid substrate into a container having a washing solution, on which the hybridization reaction has been completed, (2) using an ultrasonic generator to produce a certain strength of ultrasonic wave and transmit it into the washing solution, (3) washing the substrate by means of the cavitation effect being produced in the washing solution by the ultrasonic wave. Since the cavitation bubbles in the washing solution can produce intensive efflux and local microslipstream against the solid surface, evidently reducing the liquid surface tension and friction and enhance the liquid flow, non-specific adsorbate and deposit bound weakly on the solid substrate can be washed down rapidly.

    摘要: A device for biochip hybridization or washing is provided, which comprises a carousel (12), a translational movement controller, a revolving movement controller, and optionally a heating chamber (13). The revolving movement controller controls the revolving movement of the carousel and allows it to move in a wobbling fashion, allowing liquid movement of the hybridization or washing boxes (11) during hybridization and/or washing of biochips on the carousel. The translational movement controller brings the carousel back to horizontal position once the revolving movement controller stops, thereby ensures that the liquid do not spill out. The heating chamber circulates hot air within the device, thereby ensures that the hybridization and washing in a thermostatic condition.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a micro-volume liquid ejection system, including an air pressure module, a micro-ejection unit which is connected with the air pressure module by means of pipes, and a control circuit which is connected with the air pressure module and the micro-ejection unit respectively. In the present invention, due to air is used as the pressure medium, on one hand, as the sample does not contact with the pressure regulating module, the efficiency of cleaning process is improved, on the other hand, the volume of the sample needed in the sample ejecting process is only equal to the cavity-dimension of the micro-ejection unit by not need to fill the whole pipe with liquid.
