    摘要: In a method for producing an electrical connection between a flexible printed-circuit board (1) and a metallic mating contact member (8), an illumination opening (5) is formed in a first insulating layer (2) and a connecting opening (6) is formed in a second insulating layer (3). A section (8a) of the metallic mating contact member (8) is brought into bearing contact with a conductor track (4) through the connecting opening (6). Welding/soldering of the conductor track (4) to the connecting section (8a) is brought about by radiant heating by means of laser light (9) directed through the illumination opening (5).

The housing cover furthermore encases electrical conductors. One conductor end of an electrical conductor projects out of the housing cover in a contact region and projects into an opening in the base plate, by which an electrical connection is produced with the conductor track substrate.

The electrical traces of the flexible conductor have electrical contact points on both sides of the housing wall. The flexible circuit is injection-molded into the housing wall. In the production of the sealed electrical line penetration, a flexible film with an electrical trace is clamped in, on the outer side of the housing to be injection-molded and the inner side of the housing to be injection-molded respectively, between two halves of an injection mold.
