摘要: A component inserting apparatus for inserting electrical and electronic components into printed circuit boards includes a chuck element for gripping a body portion of a component having a plurality of lead wires extending outwardly therefrom in the same direction, an insertion guide member which contacts outer sides of each of the lead wires so as to regulate the lead wires to be positioned at predetermined positions, thereby to guide the lead wires into corresponding openings formed in the circuit board, a vertically movable guide shaft member for rotatably supporting the insertion guide member, and an insertion shaft member coupled with the chuck element so as to be movable in the same direction as the guide shaft member and also relatively with respect to the guide shaft member.

摘要: An apparatus for inserting electric components, which have a plurality of lead wires arranged in two rows in an approximately same direction, into a circuit board, characterized in that the automatic apparatus has a taking-out chuck unit provided with a pair of forming levers for spreading the tip ends of the lead wires arranged in the two rows, a driving source for the taking-out chuck unit, an insertion chuck unit for receiving and retaining the electric components from the taking-out chuck unit to insert them into the circuit board, and a component feed portion for feeding the electric components, in a given order, to the components taking-out position for the taking-out chuck unit.

摘要: An apparatus for automatically mounting electronic components on printed circuit boards has an insertion head which is adapted to rotate on an engaging shaft within a rotary bearing and be guided in the extent of rotation by means of a steel ball. Only the engaging shaft rotates and the position from which the components are supplied to the insertion head is stationary, the space needed for the inserting apparatus can be kept small. The bearing can be changed or the position of the bearing changed to change the insertion angle of the component relative to the printed circuit board, thus making possible various arrangements of the components on the circuit board.

摘要: A method of making a contact probe including a step of making a first printed wiring board having a signal electrode and a ground electrode used as a contact part of the contact probe with respect to a measuring object, in which the signal electrode and ground electrode are formed of a metal wiring pattern, and making a second printed wiring board with a coaxial line structure having a shield electrode which encloses a signal line and the surroundings of the signal line through an insulating layer. The signal electrode of the first printed wiring board and the signal line of the second printed wiring board are electrically connected together, and the ground electrode of the first printed wiring board and the shield electrode of the second printed wiring board are electrically connected together.

摘要: An electrode connection structure of a semiconductor chip is provided to realize a highly reliable electrical connection with low stress without using a bump. A conductive member may be used for such an electrode connection structure. A semiconductor device is provided wherein semiconductor chips are arranged in layers without providing the semiconductor chips with a through via, and a method is provided for manufacturing such a semiconductor device. A part or all of the surface of a horizontal recess, which is formed in an adhesive layer arranged between a first electrode of a lower layer and a second electrode of an upper layer, is provided with a conductive member for connecting the first electrode and the second electrode.

A probe (72) carrying electrodes is introduced through this passageway and deploys, under the influence of its own resilience, to a structure incorporating a loop (82) which is automatically aligned with the axis of the expandable ablation device, so that minimal manipulation is required to place the sensor probe.
