摘要: A charged particle accelerator capable of accelerating arbitrarily charged particles to an arbitrary energy level and resonating at a low frequency suitable for accelerating heavy ions, including quadruple electrodes which are supplied with high frequency power and disposed in the direction of the center axis of a cylinder-shaped container and a resonant circuit having a capacitor and an inductor for supplying a voltage to the quadruple electrodes. The capacitor is composed of a plurality of metallic plates provided along the center axis at specified intervals in the vicinity of the quadruple electrodes, and a plurality of conductive supports supporting the metallic plates which are directly connected to the container together with the supports and the container form the inductor. Since the metallic plates and the quadruple electrodes are electrically directly connected to each other, an arbitrary resonant frequency can be obtained by adjusting the intervals between the plurality of metallic plates with a position adjusting mechanism. In one embodiment, flat electrodes are protruded from opposite sides of the inner wall of the container and are disposed in parallel to the center axis and close to each other to constitute a capacitor, which makes it possible to have a resonant frequency in a low frequency range. To obtain a large Q value, the surface current resistance is lowered by covering the inner wall of the container and the surfaces of the flat plate electrodes with a superconductive material.

摘要: A vibration damping bushing including: an inner axial member; an outer cylindrical member through which the inner axial member is inserted; a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting the two members; and a stopper member that is fitted onto the inner axial member as a component of a first stopper mechanism that limits relative displacement of the inner axial member against the outer cylindrical member to one side in an axial direction. The inner axial member is formed with a latching depression that opens toward an outer periphery thereof, and the stopper member is provided with a latching piece that protrudes outward in the axial direction. The latching piece is engaged with the latching depression so as to provide a slipping out prevention mechanism for preventing the stopper member from slipping out from the inner axial member.

摘要: A content distribution system. A distribution management and unauthorized operation management device generates a one-time URL by using URL of content information specified by a user terminal and transmits the one-time URL and bandwidth information concerning the content information to the user terminal. A session control server extracts the one-time URL from a session control message transmitted from the user terminal, transmits it to the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device, and establishes a session between the content distribution server and the user terminal according to an authentication result performed by using the one-time URL transmitted from the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device and a correlation result obtained by correlating the bandwidth information contained in the session control message transmitted from the user terminal with the bandwidth information transmitted together with the authentication result from the distribution management and unauthorized operation management device.

摘要: A rail manufacturing method is provided, in which a billet is hot-rolled into a rail form and the rail is cooled to ambient temperature. The foot part of the rail can be mechanically restrained to improve the straightness of the rail during at least the period of cooling where the surface temperature is between 800° C. and 400° C. In the subsequent cooling process, at least while the surface temperature of the foot of the rail is between 400° C. and 250° C., the rail is kept in an upright state, and cooled naturally without using insulation or accelerated cooling.
