摘要: A driving assistance system includes a front camera module (FCM). The system, responsive to processing captured image data from the FCM, generates FCM control signals. The system includes a plurality of vehicle sensors capturing sensor data and an advanced driving-assistance system (ADAS) controller. The ADAS controller, responsive to processing the sensor data, generates ADAS control signals. The ADAS controller generates an ADAS status signal indicating a reliability of the generated ADAS control signals. With the ADAS status signal indicating the reliability of the generated ADAS control signals is at or above a threshold ADAS reliability level, the system controls the vehicle using the ADAS control signal and, responsive to determining that the ADAS status signal indicates that the reliability of the generated ADAS control signals is below the threshold, switches from controlling the vehicle based on the ADAS control signals to controlling the vehicle based on the FCM control signals.

摘要: A vehicular driving assist system includes a plurality of radar sensors and a plurality of cameras. The system, while the vehicle is travelling along a road and responsive to processing of sensor data captured by the radar sensors, is operable to determine presence of an object in an adjacent zone or in a rear zone. The system confirms presence of the object via processing captured image data. Responsive to determining and confirming presence of the object in the adjacent zone, the system determines a collision risk based on proximity of the object and vehicle. Responsive to determining and confirming presence of the object in the rear zone, the system determines the collision risk based on an estimated time to collision of the object and vehicle.

摘要: A vehicular driving assistance system includes a camera viewing exterior of a vehicle and capturing image data. The system, via processing captured image data as the vehicle travels along a current traffic lane, determines a current lateral position of the vehicle within the current traffic lane and determines a target lateral position of the vehicle within the current traffic lane. The system determines a steering command to guide the vehicle from the current lateral position to the target lateral position and determines a steering angle offset required to maintain the target lateral position within the current traffic lane and stores the determined steering angle offset in nonvolatile memory. After storing the determined steering angle offset and when the vehicle is traveling during a subsequent trip, the system determines a second target lateral position of the vehicle within the current traffic lane and applies the stored steering angle offset.

摘要: A vehicular control system includes a camera that captures image data. The system includes an electronic control unit (ECU) for processing image data captured by the camera. The ECU, via processing by an image processor of image data captured by the camera, determines lane information of a traffic lane along a road being traveled by the equipped vehicle. The ECU determines a lane quality value that represents a confidence in the determined lane information. When the lane quality value exceeds a threshold value, and based at least in part on the determined lane information, the ECU provides a steering command to a steering system of the equipped vehicle to adjust a heading of the equipped vehicle to center the equipped vehicle within the traffic lane of the road being traveled by the equipped vehicle.

摘要: A method for adjusting an advanced driving assist system for a vehicle includes determining a quintic polynomial in a Frenet frame. The quintic polynomial represents a non-linear trajectory of a vehicle. A plurality of coefficients of the quintic polynomial is determined. Using the quintic polynomial and the plurality of coefficients, a linear expression that represents a respective trajectory at a respective point along the non-linear trajectory of the vehicle is determined. Vehicle dynamics of the vehicle are modeled using the linear expression. A target path for the vehicle is simulated. A steering command, using the model, to maneuver the vehicle is determined. Based at least in part on the steering command, an advanced driving assist system of the vehicle is adjusted.

摘要: A vehicular driver assistance system includes a front camera module (FCM) disposed at a vehicle. The system, responsive to processing captured image data, generates FCM lane information including information regarding a traffic lane the vehicle is currently traveling along. An e-Horizon module (EHM) generates EHM lane information including information regarding the traffic lane the vehicle is currently traveling along. The vehicular driver assistance system determines an FCM correlation using the FCM lane information and sensor data captured by at least one exterior sensor. The vehicular driver assistance system determines an EHM correlation using the EHM lane information and the sensor data captured by the at least one exterior sensor. Responsive to determining the FCM correlation and the EHM correlation, the system controls lateral movement of the vehicle based on one selected from the group consisting of (i) the FCM lane information and (ii) the EHM lane information.

摘要: A vehicular driving assist system includes a sensor disposed at a vehicle and sensing forward of the equipped vehicle. With the equipped vehicle traveling along a traffic lane of a road, the system, responsive to processing of sensor data captured by the sensor, determines a leading vehicle traveling along the traffic lane ahead of the equipped vehicle. The system determines position and heading information of the leading vehicle relative to the equipped vehicle. As the equipped vehicle approaches locations that correspond with the determined position and heading information of the leading vehicle, the system adapts the position and heading information of the leading vehicle to the current location and heading of the equipped vehicle and controls lateral movement of the equipped vehicle to follow the leading vehicle in and long the traffic lane of the road.

摘要: A vehicular driving assist system includes a camera disposed at a vehicle. The system, while the equipped vehicle is traveling along a traffic lane, determines lane markings of the traffic lane. The system determines curvature of the traffic lane based on (i) curvature of the determined lane markings and (ii) map data representative of a current geographical location of the vehicle. The system, based at least in part on the determined curvature, determines a target velocity profile that establishes a target lateral velocity for the vehicle to follow as the vehicle travels along the traffic lane of the road. Based at least in part on the determined target velocity profile, the system decelerates the vehicle to follow the target velocity profile as the vehicle travels along the traffic lane of the road while lateral acceleration of the equipped vehicle remains below a maximum allowable lateral acceleration.

The second order transfer function matches a magnitude response of the in-vehicle test data. The method includes providing a simulation environment. The method includes determining, using the simulation environment, a feedforward contribution and a feedback contribution of the vehicular driving assistance system, and enhancing the vehicular driving assistance system based on adjustment of the feedforward contribution and the feedback contribution of the vehicular driving assistance system.

摘要: A vehicular alert system includes a sensor disposed at a vehicle. The system, using the sensor, determines that a moving object is moving toward the vehicle. Responsive to determining a likelihood the occupant of the vehicle is going to exit the vehicle via the door of the vehicle, and responsive to determining that the detected moving object is moving toward the vehicle, the vehicular alert system (i) determines distance between the detected moving object and the door of the vehicle, and (ii) determines a heading angle of the detected moving object relative to the vehicle. The vehicular alert system determines whether the detected moving object is a threat based at least in part on (i) the determined distance and (ii) the determined heading angle. The vehicular alert system, responsive to determining that the detected moving object is a threat, alerts the occupant of the vehicle.
