摘要： A method of predicting user input to a mobile terminal is presented. The mobile terminal creates a raw user input data record comprised of input to the mobile terminal. A contextual data record is appended to the raw user input data record and both are stored. Another process processes the records contained in the raw user input database to identify repetitive patterns of user input. Identified patterns are stored in a recognized input pattern database. The mobile terminal then monitors current input and compares it to the repetitive patterns stored in the recognized input pattern database. Upon matching the current input to a repetitive pattern within a specified tolerance, the mobile terminal prompts the user to allow the mobile terminal to complete the process of inputting the data.

In other embodiments, the personal image is output to a transceiver, which transmits the personal image to a remote communication device in association with the call.

摘要： A plasma reactor has plural dielectric gas injection tubes extending from a gas injection source and through a microwave guide and into the top of the reactor chamber. The semiconductor wafer rests near the bottom of the chamber on a wafer pedestal connected to a bias RF power source which is controlled independently of the microwave source coupled to the microwave guide. The microwaves from the waveguide ignite and maintain a plasma in each of the tubes. Gas flow through the tubes carries the plasmas in all the tubes into the chamber and into contact with the wafer surface.

摘要： A process for producing a strip removes photoresist and extraneous deposits of polymer residue on the top surface and sidewalls of a post-metal etch wafer. The photoresist and residue are processed simultaneously by a chemical mechanism comprising reactive species derived from a microwave-excited fluorine-containing downstream gas, and a physical mechanism comprising ion bombardment that results from a radio frequency excited plasma and accompanying wafer self bias. A vacuum pump draws stripped photoresist and residues from the surface of the wafer and exhausts them from the chamber.

摘要： A method of forming double polysilicon contacts to underlying diffused regions of a semiconductor body which includes forming first and second level electrically conductive silicon layers over the body which contact respective first and second diffused regions of the body. The diffused regions are formed such that said first diffused region is ringed by said second diffused region. The second silicon layer thus overlaps the first silicon layer. The top surfaces of the first and second silicon layers are silicided such that the silicide formed over the first silicon layer is aligned with the edge of the second silicon layer.
