摘要: A chemical analyzer has turn tables respectively carrying reaction vessels, sample containers and reagent containers disposed thereon in circular rows. A sample pipetting mechanism and a reagent pipetting mechanism are provided to transfer predetermined amounts of sample and reagent solution from a sample container and from a reagent container into a reaction vessel. The thus transferred sample and reagent solution are mixed in the reaction vessel by a stirrer comprising a piezoelectric element which is disposed in non-contacting relationship to the sample and reagent solution in the reaction vessel and is electrically energized to generate a sound wave which causes a circulating flow of the reagent solution in the reaction vessel whereby the sample and the reagent solution are mixed in a non-invasive manner.

摘要: In order to provide an apparatus for chemical analysis capable of eliminating time consuming changing connections of flow paths and analytical elements, and of operating for analysis without any special knowledge, the apparatus for chemical analysis comprises a main body of analytical apparatus provided with sampling device for sucking sample, liquid controller for transferring the sucked sample and reagents, and detector for measuring the sample, and analytical unit provided with a liquid connector and a signal connector for connecting to the main body of analytical apparatus, and memory storing at least analytical method, and analysis of the sample is performed by attaching and fixing the analytical unit to said main body of analytical apparatus, transferring at least analytical method stored in the memory to the main body of analytical apparatus, and analyzing the sample in accordance the said analytical method.

The cleansing liquid with different contamination states is reused according to the contamination levels of the reaction cells.

摘要: A water quality meter is composed of a plurality of analyzing units for analyzing water samples introduced from a water distribution pipe, each analyzing unit including a reagent mixing cell and a measuring cell, and a liquid introducing unit integrated with the analyzing units, which is composed of a single member in which a plurality of fluid flow paths for feeding various types of liquid including the water sample into the analyzing unit are formed. Furthermore, the cells and the plurality of three-dimensional fluid flow paths formed in the single member are fabricated by a micro-fabrication technique using photo-curing resin.

摘要: A chemical analyzer for measuring a concentration of components of a sample liquid, by mixing the sample liquid with reagents, so as to react the reagents upon the components thereof, includes a carrier having an introducing portion through which the sample liquid is injected, passages for distributing the sample liquid injected from the introducing portion, and plural reactor portions which hold the sample liquid therein to be mixed with the reagent, thereby to react. A movable driver portion is provided on which the carrier is mounted and a reagent charging device is provided for ejecting the reagents which are different for the respective plural reactor portions of the carrier, sequentially. Further, a detector is provided for detecting the components after mixing the reagents with the sample liquid.

摘要: A chemically analyzing apparatus includes a plurality of reaction containers, a reaction container holder for holding the plurality of reaction containers and for supplying a sample and reagent at predetermined positions, a plurality of reagent containers for holding reagent adapted to be supplied into the reaction containers, a reagent container holder provided above the reaction container holder, for holding the plurality of reagent containers, a measuring part for measuring physical properties of the sample, a liquid feed mechanism provided in a lower part of each of the plurality of reagent containers, for supplying a predetermined quantity of reagent from each of the reagent container into the associated reaction containers by means of the liquid feed mechanism. With this arrangement, it is possible to provide a chemically analyzing apparatus incorporating a reagent supply mechanism which can prevent reagent from being uselessly consumed, which does not substantially require washing liquid, which does not require periodical disassembly and washing, and which can easily change the feed quantity of reagent.

摘要: Heretofore, there has been demanded an automatic analysis apparatus which can prevent cross-contamination between reagents, which can prevent dust and gas from entering a reagent supply device, which can always know a remaining quantity of the reagent while can reduce the quantity of waste. According to the present invention, there is provided an automatic analysis apparatus in which a reagent supply device for supplying a reagent from a reagent container into a reaction container is removably attached to the reagent container, a protective door is provided in the reagent supply port in order to aim at preventing dust from entering the reagent supply device, and further the reagent container and the reagent supply device are provided with recording mediums for recording therein conditions thereof, a time of replacement thereof or the like, and which can inform whether the setting is proper or not.

摘要: Provided is a liquid feed apparatus for feeding liquid by operating a diaphragm at a high frequency, in which an inlet valve and an outlet valve are integrally incorporated with a liquid feed chamber, the positions of the valve are shifted into peripheral parts of the liquid feed chamber so as to allow fluid to smoothly flow from the inlet to the outlet in order to prevent air bubbles from causing pressure fluctuation during liquid feed, from remaining in the liquid feed chamber. Further, the valve has a center beam structure in which a protrusion having a height greater than several micron meters, is formed in the seat part of the valve so as to deform a center beam for pressurizing the valve in order to enhance the shut-off ability of the valve, and the center beam has a small surface area in the direction of displacement of the valve.

摘要: An automatically analyzing apparatus includes a plurality of reaction containers for reacting a sample with a reagent, and a reaction container washing unit for washing the reaction containers through a plurality of washing steps. The reaction container washing unit includes a plurality of storage parts in each of which washing liquid containing therein reacted substance is reserved. The plurality of storage parts are sorted with different reacted substance concentrations. A supply part of the reaction container washing unit selects washing liquid of a desired reacted substance concentration among the plurality of storage parts in accordance with respective washing conditions of the reaction containers and supplies the selected washing liquid into the reaction containers for washing the respective reaction containers.
