摘要: Presented is a composition useful in the catalytic dewaxing of a waxy hydrocarbon feedstock. The composition includes a mixture of ZSM-12 zeolite and titania and may further include a noble metal. The ZSM-12 zeolite preferably has a high silica-to-alumina ratio within its framework. The mixture may be dealuminated either by acid leaching using a fluorosilicate salt or by steam treating.

摘要: A catalyst system for dewaxing of a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising a mixture of a first dewaxing catalyst composition and a second dewaxing catalyst composition, wherein the first dewaxing catalyst composition is a ZSM-12 zeolite based catalyst composition and the second dewaxing catalyst composition is a EU-2 and/or ZSM-48 zeolite based catalyst composition, and wherein a concentration gradient of the mixture is achieved within a single catalyst bed, such that the concentration of the first dewaxing catalyst is decreasing and the concentration of the second dewaxing catalyst is increasing through the catalyst bed; and a process for dewaxing of a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising contacting the hydrocarbon feedstock with said catalyst system.

摘要: Process for preparing a hydrotreating catalyst comprising of from 5 wt % to 50 wt % of molybdenum, of from 0.5 wt % to 20 wt % of nickel and of from 0 to 5 wt % of phosphorus, all based on total dry weight of catalyst, which process comprises (a) treating alumina carrier with molybdenum and nickel and of from 1 to 60% wt of gluconic acid, based on weight of carrier, and optionally phosphorus, (b) optionally drying the treated carrier at a temperature of from 40 to 200° C., and (c) calcining the treated and optionally dried carrier at a temperature of from 200 to 650° C. to obtain the calcined treated carrier.

摘要: This invention relates to a process for the preparation of a hydrocracking catalyst and its use. A zeolite Y having specifically defined properties is mixed with an alumina binder component and a first metals-containing solution that is extruded to form an extruded mixture. The extruded mixture is dried and calcined. The dried and calcined mixture is then impregnated with a second metals-containing solution.

摘要: A process to prepare a first middle distillates fraction, a second middle distillates fraction, a distillate base oil and a residual base oil by providing a Fischer-Tropsch product stream; separating the Fischer-Tropsch product stream to obtain at least a low boiling fraction, boiling below a temperature ranging from 300 to 450° C., and a high boiling fraction, boiling above a temperature ranging from 300 to 450° C.; subjecting the high boiling fraction to a hydrocracking/hydroisomerization step to obtain a partially isomerised product stream; separating the partially isomerised product stream to obtain a first middle distillates fraction, a heavy distillates fraction and a residual fraction, the residual fraction having a T5 wt. % boiling point between 400 and 650° C.; dewaxing the low boiling fraction to obtain a second middle distillates fraction; dewaxing the heavy distillates fraction to obtain a distillate base oil; and dewaxing the residual fraction to obtain a residual base oil.

The catalyst system displays enhanced performance when compared to systems containing either ony ZSM-12 based catalyst or EU-2/ZSM-48 based catalyst only.

摘要: Process for preparing a diesel fuel composition comprising the steps of: (i) blending a Fischer-Tropsch derived gasoil with a petroleum derived gasoil to form a blended gasoil which is compliant with the EN590 specification, wherein the Fischer-Tropsch derived gasoil has a density of 0.8 g/cm3 or less and wherein the petroleum derived gasoil is derived from naphthenic high density petroleum crude oil and has a density at 15° C. of 0.84 g/cm3 or greater and a naphthenics content of 30 wt % or greater; and (ii) mixing the blended gasoil produced in step (i) with a diesel base fuel to form a diesel fuel composition, wherein the diesel fuel composition has a density at 15° C. in the range from 0.820 g/cm3 to 0.845 g/cm3.
