摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system therefor for combining a 5G communication system, for supporting higher data transmission rates beyond a 4G system, with IoT technology. The present disclosure can be applied, on the basis of 5G communication and IoT-related technologies, to intelligent services such as services related to a smart home, smart building, smart city, smart or connected car, health care, digital education, small businesses, security and safety. The communication method using multilinks in a wireless communication system according to a variety of embodiments of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: acquiring multilink control data; distributing transmission data to each link on the basis of the multilink control data; and transmitting, simultaneously or selectively, the distributed transmission data to each link. The embodiments are not limited to the above and other embodiments are possible.

摘要: A texture processing method of processing a compressed texel block in which texels constituting a texture are compressed into a predetermined block unit includes obtaining, based on the compressed texel block, a representative value of texels constituting a texel block, a weight for each of the texels constituting the texel block, and an index of the representative value and the weight corresponding to each of the texels constituting the texel block; storing the representative value, the weight, and the index in a texture cache; reading the representative value and the weight from the texture cache according to an index corresponding to a requested texel; generating texels based on the read representative value and the read weight; and performing texture filtering using the generated texels.

摘要: A method of variable rate compression of image data in an image pipeline of a graphics processing system, the method includes identifying, by a processor of the graphics processing system, a set of cTiles associated with the image data, each cTile including a plurality of pixels, for each cTile of the set of cTiles identifying, by the processor, a pivot pixel from among the plurality of pixels, identifying, by the processor, a compression type of the cTile by comparing, bit-by-bit , pixels within the cTile with the pivot pixel, and compressing, by the processor, the cTile based on the identified compression type, and generating, by the processor, a metadata entry associated with the set of cTiles, the metadata entry indicating the compression type of each one of the set of cTiles and defining a mapping between an uncompressed address space of the set of cTiles and a compressed address space.

摘要: In a method and device to align phases of a first clock signal and a second clock signal, include a phase detector, a delay generator, and a controller. The phase detector is configured to generate a preceding signal and a succeeding signal with respect to the first clock signal to detect a relationship between phases of the first clock signal and the second clock signal. The delay generator is configured to delay the first clock signal when the second clock signal falls behind the succeeding signal with respect to the first clock signal. The controller is configured to determine whether the phases of the first clock signal and the second clock signal are aligned with each other according to the relationship detected by the phase detector.

摘要: A system and method are provided to efficiently provide coverage within a large scale of a building by identifying user equipment (UE) on a floor by floor basis using a distributed antenna system (DAS) and pseudo timing advance values (TA) assigned to each floor. By applying different pseudo delays on a plurality of distributed antenna basis located at each floor, a base station can know a floor at which a user equipment is located through a timing advance value of the user equipment. When a traffic amount increases based on the measured traffic amount of each floor, the base station may increase a carrier and adjust an amplifier output on a floor by floor basis, thereby efficiently using power and maintaining a user's quality of experience (QoE).

摘要: In a data encoding method for a communication between semiconductor chips, a data sequence is received. The data sequence includes multiple characters and multiple identification codes coupled to the characters, respectively. The data sequence is stored in a buffer in a unit of a predetermined number of pairs of characters and identification codes. Whether at least one control character is stored in the buffer is determined based on the identification codes stored in the buffer. When at least one control character is stored in the buffer, the at least one control character is converted to at least one internal control character, respectively. When multiple control characters are stored in the buffer, at least one internal control character includes a reference number representing a location of a sequentially next control character in the buffer. A first type data block is generated. The first type data block includes data characters stored in the buffer and the at least one internal control character.
