    摘要: A conductive resin composition which allows a resin electrode which is favorable in terms of shape and adhesion to a ceramic device to be formed reliably, and a chip-type electronic component including resin electrodes formed with the conductive resin component are described. The conductive resin composition contains a linear bifunctional epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 11000 to 40000 and a terminal glycidyl group, a conductive silver powder, and a solvent, and has a yield value of 3.6 Pa or less. In addition, the conductive powder can have a surface attached to a fatty acid or a salt thereof, and the ratio of the fatty acid or salt thereof to the conductive powder is 0.5 wt % or less. Furthermore, the conductive powder can be spherical, and the ratio of the conductive powder in solids constituting the conductive resin composition can be 42 to 54 vol %.

    摘要: A method is provided for recycling a toner container including a casing configured to house a toner, a sleeve protruding from the casing, and one cap with a brim to be bonded with a distal edge of the sleeve to be closed comprising: removing an area including an interface between the brim and the distal edge to form a new distal edge on the sleeve; removing a part of the one cap remaining in the sleeve; filling a toner in the casing; fitting another cap into the sleeve so that the brim of the another cap comes in contact with the new distal edge; and bonding the new distal edge and the brim of the another cap.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for preparing a particulate toner for developing an electrostatic image, which comprises suspending a polymerizable monomer composition comprising a polymerizable monomer, a resin dissolved therein, and a coloring agent in an aqueous medium not containing a dispersant to prepare a pre-suspension, jetting the pre-suspension through a nozzle under elevated pressure in a flowing direction which is forced to vary so that the pre-suspension collides with a predetermined plane or with each other, and then immediately passing the pre-suspension through an apparatus for throttling the path to produce back pressure and shearing stress to prepare a suspension containing a particulate polymerizable monomer and subjecting the resulting suspension to polymerization. The toner prepared by the process is a high performance toner which is free of finely divided grains and emulsion, exhibits a high chargeability, a uniform chargeability distribution, an excellent environmental stability and a high definition, and is insusceptibie to fogging and unevenness.
