C. and a polyoxyethylene (20 to 60 moles) hydroxy fatty acid triglyceride C); and 5 to 75% by weight of an aqueous phase D) containing a biologically acceptable and effective amount of antigens, and optionally E) 0.01 to 10% by weight of an amino acid or a salt thereof and 0.01 to 10% by weight of a non-reducing sugar or a sugar alcohol having at least 5 hydroxyl groups in the molecule. In addition, a water-in-oil-in-water type oil adjuvant vaccine comprises the foregoing water-in-oil type oil adjuvant vaccine as an internal phase and an outer aqueous phase F) comprising 0.2 to 20% by weight of an emulsifying agent which comprises a non-ionic surfactant and which has an overall HLB value of not less than 10. The oil adjuvant vaccines show a high ability to induce an antibody-production over a long period of time and are excellent in requirements for medicines such as stability and safety.

摘要: The present invention provides a W/O/W type oil adjuvant vaccine containing an outer aqueous phase containing 0.5 wt %-20 wt % of a polyethylene glycol derivative having a molecular weight of 400-20,000, and an inner aqueous phase containing a biologically acceptable and effective amount of an antigen. The constitution of the present invention that a polyethylene glycol derivative having a specific molecular weight is contained in the outer aqueous phase enables preparation of a W/O/W type oil adjuvant vaccine showing a high adjuvant effect, reduced side effects such as topical response, superior preparation stability and superior workability to allow a person to give an injection easily due to the lowered viscosity.

摘要: Provided are urethane resin particles for slush molding which make it possible that inconveniences based on the slip-down of a pigment, on the aggregation of particles of the pigment, and on other causes are removed although this coloring is coloring onto the resin particle surfaces. The present invention is urethane resin particles for slush mold which contain a urethane resin and an additive, wherein the particles have a shape factor SF1 of 101 to 200, a shape factor SF2 of 120 to 240, and a central particle diameter of 20 to 500 μm. It is preferred that the urethane resin has a concentration of urea groups of 0.5 to 10% by weight, a total of the concentration of urethane groups and that of the urea groups of 4 to 20% by weight, a melting point of 160 to 260° C. and a glass transition temperature of −65 to 0° C.

摘要: A transport device includes a transport roller that is formed into a cylindrical shape in such a manner that a pair of end surfaces thereof are matched with each other by press working, and includes a medium supporting region in a part thereof in a longitudinal direction, while the medium supporting region supporting a medium; and a bearing that pivotally supports a region of the transport roller, the region being other than the medium supporting region. The transport roller includes an opening in the region other than the medium supporting region in a seam formed by matching the pair of end surfaces with each other.

摘要: A series load circuit is a circuit formed by connecting a light-emitting device unit 851 (the first load circuit) and a light-emitting device unit 852 (the second load circuit) in series. A voltage generating circuit 111 generates voltage to be applied to the series load circuit. A current detecting circuit 112 detects electric current flowing through the light-emitting device unit 851. A controlling circuit 114 controls the voltage generating circuit 111 so that the electric current detected by the current detecting circuit 112 becomes a predetermined current value.
