摘要: A driving device, small in size and light in weight, is to stabilize the position of a surface-deforming element while reducing the effect of gravity thus enabling stable transfer and positioning. The driving device is structured to hold a movable member integrated with a piezoelectric vibrator and a lens by a shaft provided at a tip of a spring extended from an inner surface to center of a passageway. The shaft extends through an opening formed in a protrusion of the movable member. By a tensile force of the spring, the movable member at its outer periphery is pulled radially and held. When applying a voltage with a waveform changing sharply to the piezoelectric vibrator, the movable member flexes maximally upward or downward to have a reduced diameter and an increasing acceleration thereby making a movement. Then, when a frictional force increases, the protrusion is held at a point where the movable member moves. Because of being held by a tensile force, the effect of gravity decreases and hence the movable member is stabilized in position relative to a direction of transfer.

Provided is a laminated sheet body 16S by inserting a negative-electrode continuous body 11BW between an adjacent pair of first current collectors 12a, 12a with their first current collector main units 12a1 connected together, and also between an adjacent pair of first current collectors 12a, 12a with their first tabs 12a2 connected together, with respect to a plurality of positive electrodes 11A arranged in the width direction apart from each other, after which the negative-electrode continuous body of the laminated sheet body is cut to the unit width dimension of an element to obtain a plurality of laminated bodies 16.

摘要: An electrochemical device, e.g., an electric double layer capacitor, is applicable to high-temperature reflow soldering wherein a lead-free solder is used, and is provided with an electric storage element, a package having the electric storage element sealed therein, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal, each of which is led out from the electric storage element and is provided with a part sealed in the package with the electric storage element and other part led out to the outside the package. On a part of the positive electrode terminal and on a part of the negative electrode terminal, increased thermal resistance sections for suppressing heat transfer to the electric storage element via the terminals from other parts of the positive electrode terminal and other parts of the negative electrode terminal are arranged, respectively.

The electric storage element SD is encapsulated in internal space IS formed, between the cover plates 15, 16, by the through holes 12a1, 13a1 in the frame sections 12a, 13a of the terminal plates 12, 13 and the through hole 14a in the frame plate 14.

摘要: An electrochemical device free of any void connecting the inside and outside of a film package upon reflow soldering may be provided. Electrochemical device RB1 according to one embodiment comprises film package 14 having terminal-sealing sections 14c; electric storage element 11; seal auxiliary members 13; terminals 12 each electrically connected to the electric storage element 11 at one end and led out of the film package 14 via the corresponding terminal-sealing section 14c at the other end. The film package 14 is provided with support member 14d on its front edge. Provided on a part of the terminals 12 are heat seal auxiliary members 13, the rear ends of which are integrated with the terminal-sealing section 14c by thermal fusion bonding. The other end of the heat seal auxiliary member 13 projects outwardly from the terminal-sealing section 14c so as to be disposed on the support member 14d.

摘要: Provided is an electrochemical device applicable to high-temperature reflow soldering wherein a lead-free solder is used. An electric double layer capacitor (10) is provided with a capacitor element (11), a package (14) having the capacitor element (11) sealed therein, and a positive electrode terminal (12) and a negative electrode terminal (13), each of which is led out from the capacitor element and is provided with a part sealed in the package (14) with the capacitor element and other part led out to the outside the package. On a part of the positive electrode terminal (12) and on a part of the negative electrode terminal (13), increased thermal resistance sections (HR1) for suppressing heat transfer to the capacitor element (11) via the terminals (12, 13) from other parts of the positive electrode terminal (12) and other parts of the negative electrode terminal (13) are arranged, respectively.

摘要: One object is to provide an electric storage element for electrochemical devices that can prevent fall of active material powder from an outer edge of an active material layer, thereby preventing functional disorders due to the fall of the active material powder. In accordance with one aspect, an electric storage element has laminated structure wherein active material layers (first active material layer and second active material layer) are placed between an ion permeable layer and a first collector layer and between the ion permeable layer and a second collector layer. The active material layers have a smaller outline than the ion permeable layer and are tightly enclosed with insulating layers (first insulating layer and second insulating layer) filling the respective ambient regions corresponding to the difference in outlines from the ion permeable layer.

摘要: Provided is an electrochemical device which is capable of suppressing problems affecting the capacitor element as a whole, such as a drop in its voltage resistance characteristics and shortening of its life. The capacitor element (10) is constituted of a laminate formed by superposition of a first electrode sheet (11), a separation sheet (14), a second electrode sheet (12), a separation sheet (14), and a third electrode sheet (13) in the named order from the bottom, and folding the laminate along a reference line VSL to double the laminate. In the resulting folded laminate, a collector electrode layer (11a) and polarizable electrode layer (11b) of the first electrode sheet (11), the collector electrode layer (12a) and polarizable electrode layer (12b) of the second electrode sheet (12), the collector electrode (13a) and polarizable electrode layer (13b) of the third electrode sheet (13), and the two separation sheets (14) are connected to each other at the respective folded locations.
