Abstract: An electrocardiographic system includes first and second parts. The first part includes: a first housing having a first bottom layer that is elastic with an underside having an adhesive material; and a first set of electrodes located within the first housing, where the first set of electrodes includes at least one first electrode. The second part includes: a second housing having a second bottom layer with an underside having an adhesive material; a second set of electrodes located within the second housing, where the second set of electrodes includes at least one second electrode; a mechanical adaptor configured to be detachably connected to a electrocardiographic device that includes a processor and a wireless transmitter; and an electrical connector arranged to be detachably connected to the electrocardiographic device and to electrically couple the electrocardiographic device to conductors that convey signals from the first and second sets of electrodes.

Abstract: A cardiac event monitoring system for applying improved ECG morphological analysis for determining abnormal cardiac events is provided. The system includes a wearable cardiac sensing device including physiological sensors such as ECG electrodes, an ECG digitizing circuit configured to provide digitized ECG signals, and a non-transitory memory configured to store the digitized ECG signals. The system also includes a processor in communication with the wearable cardiac sensing device. The processor is configured to extract a predetermined timeseries of ECG data points from the digitized ECG signals, identify ECG feature data points corresponding to a certain ECG feature, determine a minimum ECG morphological region based on the ECG feature data points, identify one or more measurements corresponding to the certain ECG feature using the minimum ECG morphological region, and determine whether the ECG feature data points correspond to an abnormal cardiac event, based on the one or more measurements.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method may comprise providing a wireless tri-axial seismocardiography (SCG) device configured to measure and time-stamp movements of a user's chest caused by the user's heart beats; positioning the SCG device on the user's chest in a predetermined orientation and initiating a test; using the positioned SCG device, detecting, sampling, digitizing and time-stamping movement vectors of the user's chest over a predetermined period of time in each of x, y and z directions; storing the time-stamped digitized movement vectors in a memory of the SCG device and sending the time-stamped digitized movement vectors to at least one of the app on the mobile device and the remote server over a computer network; receiving, by the app on the mobile device, a plurality of fiduciary markers from the remote server, the plurality of fiduciary markers being detected from or derived using the time-stamped digitized movement vectors in each of x, y and z directions; and generating a report on the mobile device using at least some of the plurality of fiduciary markers, the report including an indication of the health of the user's heart.

Abstract: An electrocardiogram device configured to transmit at least one signal responsive to a wearer's cardiac electrical activity can include a disposable portion and a reusable portion configured to mechanically and electrically mate with each other. The disposable portion can include a base having at least one mechanical connector portion, a plurality of cables and corresponding external ECG electrodes, and a first plurality of electrical connectors associated with the plurality of cables. The reusable portion can include a cover having at least one mechanical connector portion, a second plurality of electrical connectors configured to electrically connect with the first plurality of electrical connectors of the disposable portion, and an output connector port configured to transmit at least one signal responsive to one or more signals outputted by the external ECG electrodes of the disposable portion.

Abstract: An extended wear electrocardiography patch is provided. A flexible backing is formed of an elongated strip of stretchable material. An electrocardiographic electrode is affixed to and conductively exposed on a contact surface of each end of the elongated strip. A flexible circuit is affixed on each end of the elongated strip. A non-conductive receptacle is adhered on one of the ends of the elongated strip on a surface opposite the contact surface and removably receives an electrocardiography monitor operable to obtain electrocardiographic signals. A physiological sensor is provided with the electrocardiography monitor or on the flexible backing. Memory is provided on the flexible backing and is programmed with a sampling rate to instruct the physiological sensor to obtain readings of physiological data. A battery is positioned on one end of the flexible backing to provide power to one or more of the physiological sensors and the electrocardiography monitor.

Abstract: A blood pressure monitor configured to removably mount to a cuff in a substantially symmetrical position with respect to a width of the cuff can include a housing defining an interior, a first port, and a second port. The first port can: secure to a first prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in a first orientation; receive and secure to a second prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in a second orientation; and enable fluid communication between the interior and at least one of a first fluid passage within the first prong and a second fluid passage within the second prong. The second port can: secure to the second prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in the first orientation; and receive and secure to the first prong of the cuff when the cuff is mounted in the second orientation.
