摘要: An electrical discharge irrigation includes a power source to produce a first voltage, a circuit coupled to the power source to convert the first voltage to a second voltage, a discharge capacitor to receive the second voltage from the circuit, a transistor and/or a controlled rectifier coupled to the discharge capacitor to receive the second voltage, and an output tip. This tip is coupled to a transistor and/or a controlled rectifier and includes a first end, a second end, a longitudinal axis extending between them, an electrode located in an interior space of the tip to receive an electrical charge from the a transistor and/or a controlled rectifier and to release an electric discharge, and a ground return. The ground return is an outside surface of the tip. A space between the electrode and the ground return holds a conductive medium in contact with the electrode and the ground return.

摘要: A plant protein-based triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG), and a fabrication method and use thereof are provided. The TENG includes a triboelectric negative layer and a protein film, where the protein film and the triboelectric negative layer are stacked surface-to-surface; and an electrode is adhered to or plated on a back surface of each of the protein film and the triboelectric negative layer, or only a back surface of either of the protein film and the triboelectric negative layer is provided with a grounded electrode. A protein powder is dissolved in water or an ethanol aqueous solution, then a plasticizing agent is added, and the protein is denatured through thermal treatment to obtain an extended structure required for film formation; and the solvent is evaporated, and a resulting product is dried to obtain the protein film with uniform texture and excellent transparency and flexibility. The TENG is used in crop growth.

The device facilitates placement of electrodes on the foot. Also provided herein is a system including the device, a pulse generator, and a controller, and methods of manufacturing and using the same.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to transparent, flexible substrates and, in particular, moisture-absorbing substrates for use in wound healing and wearable bioelectronics. Substrates of the present application can be formulated and used as wound dressings, electrodes, and electroceutical devices. Advantageously, in some aspects, substrates of the present application can absorb moisture (e.g., wound exudate, apocrine sweat, eccrine sweat), without swelling while also remaining transparent even with moisture absorption. In other aspects, substrates of the present application can be formulated to exhibit superior mechanical and electrical properties for application to a wide array of bioelectronic applications.
