摘要： An exhaust gas purification method by which carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC), and nitrogen oxide (NOx), particularly NOx, which are hazardous components contained in an exhaust gas can be removed efficiently. The disclosure relates to a catalyst for exhaust gas purification including: a three-dimensional structure; and a catalyst component layer composed of one or more constituting layers on the three-dimensional structure, wherein the catalyst component layer contains (a) a noble metal-unsupported alumina having mesopores, (b) NOx storage material-supported cerium, (c) a refractory inorganic oxide, and (d) a noble metal, and the constituting layer of the uppermost surface among the one or more constituting layers contains (a) the noble metal-unsupported alumina and (b) the NOx storage material-supported cerium, a method for producing the same, and an exhaust gas purification method using the catalyst.

To this end, the present invention provides an oxidation catalyst, a method for preparing the same, and a filter for exhaust gas purification comprising the same, the oxidation catalyst characterized by being coated onto the carrier surface of the filter for exhaust gas purification and being formed by comprising an amorphous metal alloy powder.

In an embodiment, the catalyst comprises a substrate having a plurality of axially enclosed channels defined by the porous wall elements extending between an inlet end and an outlet end. Washcoat particles are disposed substantially within the pores of the walls, and the surfaces of the wall elements have a porous, rough texture after coating with the washcoat and substantially no fillets formed on the channels.

摘要： A catalytic converter includes: a three-dimensional structural support having a plurality of cells partitioned by porous cell walls, in which a pore diameter of the cell walls is 10 μm to 50 μm and porosity of the cell walls is 40 vol % or more; and a catalyst-coated layer containing a catalyst component. The catalyst-coated layer is coated on surfaces of the cell walls of the three-dimensional structural support. 50 mass % or more of a total supported amount of the catalyst component on the three-dimensional structural support is present in a region from the surfaces of the cell walls of the three-dimensional structural support to surfaces of the catalyst-coated layer.
