摘要: A honeycomb filter includes a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure having a porous partition wall disposed so as to surround a plurality of cells which serve as a fluid through channel extending from a first end face to a second end face; and a plugging portion provided at either an end on the first end face side or the second end face side of the cell; wherein a thickness of the partition wall is 203 to 254 μm, a porosity of the partition wall measured by the mercury press-in method is 55 to 70%, an average pore diameter of the partition wall measured by the mercury press-in method is 20 to 25 μm, and the partition wall has an average base material neck diameter of 11 to 18 μm for a base material neck part in which an actual part of a porous base material constituting the partition wall is locally narrowed.

摘要: The present invention relates to the technical field of catalyst preparation, disclosing a preparation method and application of a coated vanadium-tungsten-titanium oxide monolithic SCR catalyst. The method includes the steps of mixing a vanadium oxide precursor, a tungsten oxide precursor, titanium dioxide, an inorganic adhesive, an organic adhesive and a macromolecular surfactant with deionized water and stirring them to obtain a thick liquid; adding a pH adjuster to the thick liquid to make its pH 1.5-4.5; impregnating a cordierite honeycomb carrier in the thick liquid to obtain a preliminarily-impregnated catalyst and dried and calcined the preliminarily-impregnated catalyst to obtain a finished catalyst. The method has advantages such as simple operation, easy repetition and short time-consuming, so it can be applied to exhaust gas post-treatment of a marine diesel engine, and provide a good choice for catalysts used to denitrify medium and high temperature exhausted gas from marine engines.

摘要: Disclosed are a grain boundary and surface-loaded noble metal catalyst, a preparation method and an application thereof. The noble metal is dispersed at the grain boundary and surface of alumina and/or a rare earth manganese-zirconium composite oxide to form a multiphase interface, which achieves the following beneficial technical effects: firstly, the multiphase interface has a larger steric hindrance and a stronger anchoring effect, which can inhibit the migration, agglomeration, and growth of the noble metal at high temperatures, increase the high-temperature stability and catalytic performance of the noble metal, and reduce the usage of the noble metal; secondly, the multiphase interface exhibits a synergistic catalytic effect, which can reduce the activation energy of lattice oxygen and increase the quantity of active oxygen, thereby enhancing the NO oxidation and low-temperature catalytic activity.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a honeycomb catalyst for catalytic oxidative degradation of VOCs prepared by an ultrasonic double-atomization process. The honeycomb catalyst is prepared by performing acidification and performing hydrothermal activation in alcoholic solution for honeycomb to modify a surface; dissolving soluble transition metal inorganic salt in deionized water to obtain precursor solution; performing ultrasonic atomization of the precursor solution and the precipitant solution in the ultrasonic atomization device into droplets; placing the modified honeycomb in a special quartz glass reactor, wherein the droplets enter into the quartz glass reactor through a pipeline to come into contact with a surface of a honeycomb hole and rapidly react to generate a hydroxide precursor on the surface of the honeycomb hole; drying the honeycomb into a drying box after performing the ultrasonic atomization, and calcining the honeycomb into a muffle furnace to obtain the honeycomb catalyst loaded with transition metal oxides.

摘要: A wall-flow type particulate filter includes: a wall-flow type base material; and a coat layer formed on the base material. The base material includes: an inlet cell open only at an exhaust gas inlet end; an outlet cell open only at an exhaust gas outlet end; and a partition partitioning the inlet and outlet cells and having multiple pores through which the inlet and outlet cells communicate with each other. The coat layer is provided for the wall surfaces of the pores and contains a first inorganic oxide and a second inorganic oxide. The mean particle diameter Da of the first inorganic oxide is larger than the mean particle diameter Db of the second inorganic oxide. The weight ratio of the second inorganic oxide is designed to be from 10% to 50% inclusive when the total weight ratio of the first inorganic oxide and the second inorganic oxide is 100%.
