    摘要: A cementitious masonry block that exhibits the appearance of finished natural stone comprises at least two substantially parallel stacking sides operable to be installed on or over other blocks to form a block wall. At least one hollow cell is formed in the block to provide a void for structural reinforcing. One or more display faces each exhibits a finish applied by natural stone finishing techniques. The block is formed from a cementitious mixture that is substantially homogenous throughout the masonry block and that, when cured, is substantially matched in color or grain, or both, to the natural stone that is being replicated.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for carrying out panels, tiles and similar using agglomerates of different minerals wherein the terracotta granules or other minerals are mixed with bi-components or thermosetting resins and spread by means of a dosing means onto a plan provided with side, in such a way to form a layer of desired thickness. Said layer is then inserted between the heated surface of a press, where, by virtue of the simultaneous effect of heat and pressure, it is carried out the polymerization of the resin, which hardens and transforms the agglomeration layer in a panel resistant to fire, water and mechanical stresses, usable for different applications.

    摘要: This invention refers to the manufacturing of structural and impervious members by slurry-infiltration in a 3-dimensional mat system, which consists of single layers (2). The single layers are preferably meshes. The structural system is a composite material consisting of a 3-dimensional micro reinforcing and sieving mat system bonded in concrete. The aggregate (1) can be precisely positioned horizontally and vertically in the member by variation of the mesh width of the single layers (2). The sieving effect by the variation of the mesh width in vertical direction guarantees a positioning of aggregate by size. By this effect the load capacity, the stiffness and the crack propagation can be controlled and adjusted precisely.
