摘要: A system includes a navigation device and a processor in communication with the navigation device and an output. The processor is configured to receive a plurality of POIs. The processor is also configured to search for at least a first of the POIs in first proximity to a route in the navigation device. Further, the processor is configured to, subsequent to the search for a first POI in first proximity, for each instance of the first POI in first proximity to the route, search for at least a second of the POIs in second proximity to the first POI. The processor is also configured to output any instances wherein each of the POIs are found to be in second proximity to at least one of the other POIs of the plurality of POIs.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an automotive lamp, and more particularly, to an automotive lamp capable of informing an ambient vehicle approaching from one side behind the vehicle of a vehicle state by irradiating light of a road pattern to indicate the vehicle state to an area behind the vehicle. The automotive lamp includes a lamp unit disposed in a rear lamp housing of a vehicle and a detection unit configured to detect whether a reverse shift stage is selected. The lamp unit is configured to irradiate a first light distribution pattern that forms a reversing light signal pattern in the rearward direction of the vehicle, and a second light distribution pattern that forms a road pattern on the rearward road surface of the vehicle. The first light distribution pattern and the second light distribution pattern are formed simultaneously, when the reverse shift stage is selected.

摘要: A parking assist system for a vehicle includes a camera disposed at a vehicle and having a field of view exterior of the vehicle. An image processor processes image data captured by the camera to determine presence of a wall or object present in the field of view of the camera. A light projecting device is disposed at the vehicle and operable to project a visual pattern toward an area encompassed by the field of view of the camera. During a parking maneuver, and responsive to determination that the vehicle is approaching the wall or object, the parking assist system controls the light projecting device to project the visual pattern toward the determined wall or object. The projected visual pattern is viewable by a driver of the vehicle during the parking maneuver, and the projected visual pattern is indicative of distance between the vehicle and the determined wall or object.

A parking violation alert is communicated to the second vehicle and one or more users associated with the second vehicle. The communication of the parking violation alert is based on the detection of the second vehicle within the predetermined distance with respect to the first vehicle.

摘要: Embodiments include a vehicle comprising an end facing an external object, at least one vehicle light positioned adjacent to the end and projecting a light pattern onto the object, a window adjacent to the end, and at least one proximity indicator coupled to the window at a predetermined position corresponding to an expected location of the light pattern on the object when the end is located a predetermined distance from the object. The proximity indicator can be removably adhered to the window. The light pattern can be visible through the window from a vehicle interior. In some embodiments, the object is positioned adjacent to a rear end of the vehicle and the at least one vehicle light is a rear vehicle light. In other embodiments, the object is positioned adjacent to a front end of the vehicle and the at least one vehicle light is a front vehicle light.

摘要: Parking disc for mounting on a vehicle in a location so as to be at least externally visible for indicating a time for initiation of the parking with an electronic display which shows the actual time during normal driving and during parking constantly shows the time of initiation of the parking. The parking disc is designed so that switching the display when resuming driving is effected on the basis of an electric signal from at least one detector that determines an actual relative movement of the vehicle in excess of a minimum value with the electronic parking disc continuing to show a fixed time that indicates initiation of parking until the mentioned detector has determined the minimum value of movement of the vehicle has occur. This value may, e.g., be that the vehicle has moved at least a certain distance from the point at which parking had been initiated.

摘要: A method of providing parked vehicle protection comprises determining if a vehicle ignition is in an off position and monitoring an exterior area proximate to a vehicle with a plurality of sensors when the vehicle ignition is off to detect an object proximate to the vehicle. The ECU determines whether the object is within a first object range and provides a first external warning when the object is within the first object range and determines whether the object is within a second object range and provides a second external warning when the object is within the second object range.
