摘要: A motion of a vehicle is controlled according to a sequential compositions of the elementary paths following a transformation of one of a first pattern, a second pattern, and a third pattern. The first pattern defines a forward motion of the vehicle from a first state to a second state while turning left followed by a backward motion of the vehicle from the second state to a third state while turning right, wherein the orientation of the first state is opposite to the orientation of the second state, and wherein the orientation of the first state is equal to the orientation of the second state. The second pattern defines the motion of the vehicle from a fourth state to a fifth state while moving left, wherein the orientation of the fifth state is leftward perpendicular to the orientation of the fourth state. The third pattern defines a forward motion of the vehicle from a sixth state to a seventh state while turning first left and then right followed by a backward motion of the vehicle from the seventh state to an eighth state while turning first right and then left followed by a forward motion of the vehicle from the eight state to a ninth state while turning first left and then right, wherein the orientation of the sixth state equals the orientation of the seventh state and equals the orientation of the eighth state and equals the orientation of the ninth state. The functions representing the patterns are stored in a memory and are used, in response to receiving an initial state and a target state of the vehicle, to determine parameters of the minimum-curvature path. The motion of the vehicle is controlled according to the parameters of the minimum-curvature path.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for vibration dampening of a drive train, including an internal combustion engine which has an engine torque (Mvm) from a crankshaft, an electric machine, a transmission which has a transmission input shaft and a torque transmission device arranged between the crankshaft and the transmission input shaft, which torque transmission device has at least one flywheel mass capable of oscillating with a moment of inertia (J 1, J2, J3) and a state controller for controlling the electric machine by a compensation torque (Mregler) compensating for torsional vibrations on the transmission input shaft. In order to achieve high-quality vibration damping, input variables of the state controller are determined by at least one observer for reconstructed rotational characteristic values of the at least one flywheel mass from detected rotational speeds or angles of rotation of the drive train, and the reconstructed rotational characteristic values are determined according to the disturbance variables in the form of a load torque (Mlast) from an output of the torque transmission device and of an induced torque (Mind) transmitted via the torque transmission device from the motor torque of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate switching between autonomous and manual driving modes. In order to do so, the vehicle's computer may conduct a series of environmental, system, and driver checks to identify certain conditions. The computer may correct some of these conditions and also provide a driver with a checklist of tasks for completion. Once the tasks have been completed and the conditions are changed, the computer may allow the driver to switch from the manual to the autonomous driving mode. The computer may also make a determination, under certain conditions, that it would be detrimental to the driver's safety or comfort to make a switch from the autonomous driving mode to the manual driving mode.

摘要: A vehicular driving control system for performing vehicular driving control based on automated driving and/or driving assistance is provided. The vehicular driving control system includes a driver operation measuring instrument that measures driving operation of a driver, a user uneasiness degree measuring instrument that measures how large a degree of uneasiness of a user is, and a driving control apparatus. When it is determined that the user feels uneasy based on the user uneasiness degree, the driving control apparatus determines an uneasiness factor serving as a source of the uneasiness based on user property data in relation to a traveling situation of a vehicle. Based on the determined uneasiness factor, the driving control apparatus adjusts a control degree of the vehicular driving control, and changes the vehicular driving control so as to decrease the uneasiness of the user.

摘要: Systems and methods for limiting a current operating speed of a vehicle are disclosed. A position of the vehicle relative to an abrupt road change in front of the vehicle and a current operating speed are determined. Information regarding a profile of the abrupt road change is detected. Based on the determined position and current operating speed, a brake torque output is adjusted to reduce the current operating speed. Based on the profile, suspension parameters associated with the vehicle are dynamically adjusted.

摘要: An electro-mechanical transmission system, driven by a prime mover, includes two epicyclic gearsets connected between input and output shafts, and two electrical machines having their rotors connected to respective elements of the two gearsets. The torque on the output shaft is boosted by a controller, which dumps energy from the system when one of the machines is acting as a generator and the other as a motor.
