    摘要: A process application robot system in which a process condition can be adjusted even when operation limitation regarding setting the condition is valid, while ensuring safety regarding management and operation of the process condition. The robot system includes a robot which carries out a predetermined process operation; a robot controller which controls the robot; a process controller which controls a processing treatment in the process operation; an interface part for setting, changing or adjusting a process condition which determines a content of the process treatment; and a process condition change managing part which carries out an operation limitation with respect to setting of or setting change in the process condition. The content of the process condition which is set when the operation limitation is invalid is determined as a reference condition, and the process condition can be adjusted within an adjustable range based on the reference condition.

    摘要: A system and method for controlling automation includes a machine performing at least one operation and including a sensor for generating data in response to a performance of the operation by the machine. Data generated by the sensor is stored for retrieval by a server in data memory storage. The server includes at least one display template for displaying the data, and the server generates a data display by populating the at least one display template with the data. The data template can be populated with data in real time, to display the data display immediate to the generation of the data. The display template includes a data feature which is differentiated for displaying the data feature in a mode determined by the data populating the data display. The data display can be displayed in real time by a user device in communication with the server.

    摘要: A robot control apparatus comprises a servo amplifier having an AC/DC converter and used for driving a servo motor of a robot, and performs control so that power for driving the robot is supplied to the servo amplifier through a capacitor inrush current preventing resistor until precharging of a capacitor provided for the AC/DC converter is completed. The robot control apparatus has a first operation mode in which the power is supplied by bypassing the resistor, a second operation mode in which power is supplied through the resistor thereby controlling the servo motor in the robot to a lower driving speed than the driving speed in the first operation mode, and a selector switch SW for effecting switching from the first operation mode to the second operation mode or from the second operation mode to the first operation mode. With this configuration, a power supply circuit for supplying power to the servo amplifier for limiting the driving of the robot is reliably implemented by hardware.

    摘要: A taught position modification device easily correcting, in a short time, positions of taught points in a program prepared by an offline programming system. A workpiece image captured by a visual sensor and an image of a three-dimensional workpiece model having three characteristic points are displayed on a screen. Based on coordinate values of workpiece portions corresponding to the characteristic points which are specified in the workpiece image, the position and orientation of the model in a robot operating space are corrected, and also positions of taught points are corrected. When a tool end of a robot is positioned by jog feed to the operation position on a workpiece after being automatically moved to one of the corrected taught points, the taught point is modified based on the robot operating position detected at that time.

    摘要: A movable barrier operator includes a wall control switch module having a learn switch thereon. The switch module is connectable to a control unit positioned in a head of a garage movable barrier operator. The head unit also contains an electric motor which is connected to a transmission for opening and closing a movable barrier such as a garage door. The switch module includes a plurality of switches coupled to capacitors which, when closed, have varying charge and discharge times to enable which switch has been closed. The control unit includes an automatic force incrementing system for adjusting the maximal opening and closing force to be placed upon the movable barrier during a learn operation. Likewise, end of travel limits pan also be set during a learn operation upon installation of the unit. The movable barrier operator also includes an ambient temperature sensor which is used to derive a motor temperature signal, which motor temperature signal is measured and is used to inhibit motor operation when further motor operation exceeds or is about to exceed set point temperature limits.
