A new orthopedic prayer mat proposed, whereas the new orthopedic prayer mat has a multiple layered structure. The top layer is made from microfiber which is antimicrobial, anti-molding, water-resistant, anti-dust and heat-resistant. The bottom layer is an anti-slip layer to prevent the user from physical injury in any situation while using the mat, and a soft polyurethane layer and an anti-fatigue layer or a hard polyurethane layer are arranged between the top microfiber layer and the bottom anti-slip layer in order to absorb pressure pressure and providing support, and the soft and hard polyurethane layer are combined at an angle to adjust the ratio of the weight-absorption and bearing to form the orthopedic prayer mat. Further the angle between the layers is tailored for users according to user's weight, height, body structure type and healthy conditions.

The first foamed layer has a plurality of first cells. The substrate is a fabric. The second foamed layer has a plurality of second cells. The foaming method of the second foamed layer is different from that of the first foamed layer. The size of the second cells is different from that of the first cells. The variation in size of the second cells is different from that of the first cells. The surface layer is disposed on the second foamed layer. Thus, when the multi-layered material is used as a surface cover of a ball, it can provide excellent resilience and control, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

In a more specific embodiment, the multilayer microporous films comprise coextruded first, second and third microporous film layers. One of the first, second and third film layers has a maximum pore size smaller than the respective maximum pore sizes of the remaining layers of the multilayer film or larger than the respective maximum pore sizes of the remaining layers of the multilayer film, and the one layer does not have an unconstrained surface in the multilayer film. Methods for producing multilayer microporous films provide a first film layer having a maximum pore size upon stretching which is different from that of a second film layer upon stretching.

While the first polymer is more breathable, the second polymer can impart other properties to the microlayer film such as enhanced tensile properties.
