    摘要: A new catalyst for the selective conversion of isobutane to isobutylene. This catalyst also could be applied to the selective dehydrogenation of other light paraffins such as propane and n-butane. The catalyst is comprised of platinum, tin, and potassium supported on K--L-zeolite. This catalyst exhibits greater than 98% selectivity for conversion of isobutane to isobutylene at isobutane conversion levels greater than 50%. In addition, this catalyst exhibits excellent stability. The preferred catalyst would have an atomic ratio of Sn to Pt greater than 1.0 as well as an atomic ratio of K to Pt greater than 1.0.

    摘要: Catalyst for water dealkylation of oil fractions containing monoalkylated or polyalkylated aromatic hydrocarbons, said catalyst containing at least one metal of group VIII in a proportion of 0.1 to 5% by weight on a carrier, characterized in that said carrier is a zeolite L that can be exchanged with either alkaline cations or polyvalent cations of groups V.sub.b, VI.sub.b and VII.sub.b. The zeolite L can be exchanged with a solution of metals such as lithium, sodium, caesium, chromium, manganese, and rhodium. A method of using the catalyst by contacting the hydrocarbons with the catalyst at a temperature of 400.degree.-600.degree. C., a pressure of 0-80 bars, a space velocity of the hydrocarbon of from 0.1 to 10h.sup.-1, and a water to hydrocarbon mol ratio of 2-20.

    摘要: There are herein disclosed an L-type zeolite catalyst which is obtainable by supporting a platinum component, one or more halogen components and one or more metal components selected from the group Ib of the periodic table on an L-type zeolite, the support amount of one or more metal components selected from the group Ib being in the range of 0.001 to 3% by weight based on the total weight of the catalyst in terms of the metal, a molar ratio of one or more metal components selected from the group Ib/platinum being in the range of 0.01 to 1; and a method for producing aromatic hydrocarbons or a gasoline having a high octane number which comprises the step of bringing one or more fractions selected from a C6 fraction, a C7 fraction, and a C8.sup.+ fraction into contact with this catalyst. According to the present invention, there are provided a catalyst containing an L-type zeolite as a carrier which is desirable as a catalyst for the production of aromatic hydrocarbons or a gasoline having a high octane number and which can inhibit a cracking activity and the formation of coke and can improve an aromatic selectivity and a liquid yield.
