摘要: A fire fighting vehicle includes a chassis, a front axle, a rear axle, an engine, an energy storage device, an electromechanical transmission, a vehicle subsystem, and a power divider. The electromechanical transmission is (i) coupled to at least one of the front axle or the rear axle and (ii) electrically coupled to the energy storage device. The power divider is positioned between the engine, the vehicle subsystem, and the electromechanical transmission. The power divider includes a first interface coupled to the engine, a second interface coupled to the vehicle subsystem, and a third interface coupled to the electromechanical transmission. The power divider is configured to facilitate (i) selectively coupling the engine to the vehicle subsystem and (ii) selectively coupling the engine to the electromechanical transmission.

摘要: A vehicle includes a battery, an electric machine, a thermistor, and a controller. The electric machine is configured to draw electrical power from the battery to propel the vehicle. The electric machine has a rotor and a stator. The stator has a core, interconnected hairpins, and a neutral bar. The core defines slots. The interconnected hairpin windings are arranged within the slots and are arranged to form a plurality of electrical phases. The neutral bar is connected to each of the electrical phases and defines an orifice. The thermistor is disposed within the orifice and is configured to sense a temperature of the electric machine. The controller is programmed to control a power output of the electric machine based on the temperature of the electric machine.

摘要: A controller and a method for a hybrid drive, which includes an internal combustion engine and an electrical machine are provided. The internal combustion engine includes adjustment devices that deactivate the intake and exhaust valve opening actuation. The controller is designed in such a way that, in the case of at least one specified condition (such as regeneration during unfired overrun or in the case of electric travel, in particular in the case of operation with high activation frequency of the internal combustion engine, e.g., in charge sustaining or HEV operation), the intake and exhaust valves are kept at least approximately (preferably completely) closed at least approximately simultaneously while the internal combustion engine is unfired. The internal combustion engine must be connected to the electrical machine. If there is a disconnect clutch, the disconnect clutch is brought into the closed state or remains closed.

A power transmission apparatus for a hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a motor housing disposed between an engine and a transmission, at least one motor disposed in the motor housing and connected to a crankshaft of the engine or the transmission, a torsion damper provided in the motor housing, disposed between the engine and the transmission, and having a radially outer side coupled to the at least one motor, a spline hub connected to the torsion damper and configured to transmit driving power, which is transmitted to the torsion damper, to the transmission, and a dust collecting unit disposed in a working fluid flow path through which a working fluid introduced from the transmission passes through the torsion damper and flows toward the at least one motor, installed at a position spaced apart radially outward from the torsion damper based on a radial direction, and configured to collect produced from the torsion damper and contained in the working fluid.

摘要: A propulsion system for a hybrid electric vehicle comprises a traction motor having first and second stator windings; a power source having a DC power output coupled to the first windings; a battery having a DC power output coupled to the second windings; and a controller to independently control: (i) a first power level output at the first DC power output, and (ii) a second power level of motive power output by the traction motor; wherein responsive to a signal to set the second power level less than full capacity of the traction motor, the controller provides a power difference between the first and second power levels from the second windings to the battery.

摘要: A two-gear and dual-motor driven hybrid power transmission device and a transmission method therefore are provided, belonging to the technical field of transmissions. An input end of an input shaft is connected to an engine power system, and an output end of the input shaft is connected to a front-end motor by means of a front-row planetary gear train. The front-row planetary gear train is connected to one end of a first clutch, another end of the first clutch is connected to an input end of an output shaft, and an output end of the output shaft is connected to a rear axle of a vehicle. The output shaft is connected to a rear-end motor by means of a rear-row planetary gear train, and the rear-row planetary gear train is connected to a second clutch and a third clutch.
