摘要: A method for controlling a maximum permissible pressure gradient of a power brake system of a motor vehicle. The method includes continuously calculating a maximum permissible pressure gradient, starting from a current motor speed gradient and motor speed of an external-force brake pressure generator, taking into account a predefined maximum permissible motor speed and a predefined maximum permissible motor speed gradient. In a next step, the maximum permissible pressure gradient is continuously transmitted to brake pressure demand units, so that, in the case of a braking event, the pressure gradient requested by the brake pressure demand units or resulting from a requested pressure is generally less than or equal to the maximum permissible pressure gradient.

The brake system may also include a hydraulic travel simulator with a pressure or working chamber which is connected to the first piston-cylinder unit.

摘要: A method for controlling a machine during a transition from a service brake state to a parking brake includes receiving, by a control module, a request for activating a parking brake assembly. The method also includes transmitting, by the control module, control signals for activating a set of first brakes associated with a service brake assembly, a set of second brakes associated with the service brake assembly, and a clutch assembly. The method further includes controlling, by the control module, the set of first brakes for deactivating the set of first brakes. The method includes controlling, by the control module, the parking brake assembly for activating the parking brake assembly. The method also includes controlling, by the control module, the set of second brakes for deactivating the set of second brakes. The method further includes controlling, by the control module, the clutch assembly for deactivating the clutch assembly.

摘要: To provide a brake system for a saddled vehicle that ensures vehicle's stable behavior when a brake operating element is operated during automatic control. A brake system for a saddled vehicle includes: a control device exerting automatic control over a brake fluid pressure; and a front-wheel brake operating element and a rear-wheel brake operating element for a driver to manually operate a front-wheel brake and a rear-wheel brake. When an operation force is applied to at least one of the front-wheel brake operating element and the rear-wheel brake operating element while the front-wheel brake and the rear-wheel brake are under automatic control of the control device, if a brake fluid pressure corresponding to the operation force is less than a brake fluid pressure generated by the automatic control, the control device maintains the automatic control, and if a brake fluid pressure corresponding to the operation force is equal to or greater than a brake fluid pressure generated by the automatic control, the control device cancels the automatic control and generates the brake fluid pressure corresponding to the operation force.

Furthermore, the method includes determining, by the brake control unit, the brake pressures on the wheel brakes at least when implementing external braking demands while controlling an ideal pressure distribution ratio of the brake pressures at wheel brakes of the front axle to the brake pressures at wheel brakes of a rear axle of the motor vehicle, wherein the control function takes into account a pressure distribution ratio.

摘要: According to at least one aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of controlling an electro-hydraulic brake including an electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) control function, the method comprising: an emergency braking determination operation of determining whether emergency braking is required for a vehicle; a motor control operation of controlling a current flowing in a motor connected to a main master cylinder to increase hydraulic pressure supplied to wheel brakes when it is determined that the emergency braking is required; a rear wheel inlet valve closing operation of closing an inlet valve connected to a rear wheel brake for a predetermined time so that a pressure of the rear wheel brake is not increased earlier than a pressure of a front wheel brake; a closed time period calculation operation of calculating a time during which the inlet valve is maintained in a closed state; and a rear wheel inlet valve opening operation of determining whether a time during which the inlet valve is closed exceeds a closed time period (t), maintaining the inlet valve in the closed state until the time reaches the closed time period (t), and opening the inlet valve when the time exceeds the closed time period (t).
