摘要: A method for densification by Chemical Vapor Infiltration of a plurality of fibrous preforms arranged in the enclosure of a densification furnace, the method including at least the following procedures a) and b), each being repeated more than once: a) introducing a first gaseous phase, the thermal decomposition of which allows the matrix to form in the pores of the plurality of fibrous preforms; b) introducing a second gaseous phase while simultaneously placing the enclosure of the furnace under vacuum, such that the introduction of the second gaseous phase takes place at the same time as the expulsion of the first gaseous phase out of the enclosure, the temperature of the second gaseous phase being less than or equal to 25° C. when it is introduced into the enclosure of the furnace.

providing:
a third composition comprising a second substrate material, a third polymer, a fusing agent, and a third solvent;
forming the third composition into a structure wherein the third composition forms a third layer; and
contacting the third layer with a fourth solvent in which the third polymer is insoluble to precipitate said polymer, thereby forming a green body.
A substrate is further manufactured by:
arranging a plurality of green bodies to form an assembly of green bodies;
fusing the green bodies in the assembly together, thereby forming a precursor substrate; and
sintering the precursor substrate, thereby forming a substrate.-

摘要: Disclosed are methods of forming a chamber component for a process chamber. The methods may include filling a mold with nanoparticles or plasma spraying nanoparticles, where at least a portion of the nanoparticles include a core particle and a thin film coating over the core particle. The core particle and thin film are formed of, independently, a rare earth metal-containing oxide, a rare earth metal-containing fluoride, a rare earth metal-containing oxyfluoride, or combinations thereof. The nanoparticles may have a donut-shape having a spherical form with indentations on opposite sides. The methods also may include sintering the nanoparticles to form the chamber component and materials. Further described are chamber components and coatings formed from the described nanoparticles.

摘要: A powder production method includes providing an elongated workpiece and repeatedly contacting an outer surface of the elongated workpiece with a reciprocating cutter according to a predetermined at least one frequency to produce a powder. The powder includes a plurality of particles, wherein at least 95% of the produced particles have a diameter or maximum dimension ranging from about 10 μm to about 200 μm. A system for producing powders having a plurality of particles including a cutter and at least one controller is also provided herein.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for refractory recycling that result in refined individual refractory components from a network of aggregate refractory components based on a fragmentation process. In one embodiment, a network of refractory aggregates is crushed and deposited into a refiner machine. The refiner machine includes a blast chamber that houses a projecting mechanism. The deposited aggregate material is propelled from the projecting mechanism at a critical velocity. Upon impact with an inner lining of material within the blast chamber, contaminant particles can fracture apart from the deposited aggregate material, leaving a refined individual refractory component.

摘要: A heat-insulating and flame-retardant nano-composite sheet and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: S1: adding aerogel slurry, a flame retardant, an opacifying agent, fumed silica, high-silica glass fiber, and an additive A into a stirring tank; and stirring until uniformly mixed to acquire pasty composite slurry; S2: filling a glue tray of a roller coating device with the composite slurry acquired in step S1; and scrape-coating surfaces of a plurality of layers of a base material with the composite slurry by using discharging assemblies of the roller coating device; S3: drawing and collecting the plurality of layers of the base material acquired in step S2 at a compounding position; and pressurizing to acquire a semi-finished product; and S4: drawing the semi-finished product acquired in step S3 onto a coating line; and carrying out high-temperature drying to acquire the heat-insulating and flame-retardant nano-composite sheet.
