摘要: Methods for forming and incorporating microparticles containing one or more active agents into adhesives are described. The methods involve spray drying a liquid of the one or more active agents and obtaining the active agent in a particulate form. The dry powder is then blended or otherwise incorporated with the adhesive of interest. Also described are various medical products utilizing the adhesive and one or more active agents in microparticle form, and related methods of use.

摘要: An ultralow-gloss polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) resin composition and a preparation method thereof are provided. The composition includes the following components: 40-80 parts by weight of bisphenol A polycarbonate, 19-40 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, 1-20 parts by weight of ultralow-gloss toughening modifier, and 0.1-5 parts of processing aid. The ultralow-gloss toughening modifier includes the following components: post-treated polymeric microspheres, a low-temperature toughening agent, a coupling agent, and aid. The preparation method of the composition includes: fully mixing all components in a high-speed mixer to obtain a mixture; feeding the mixture into a main feed port from a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling, drying, and pelletizing. The PC/ABS resin composition prepared by the present invention has extremely low gloss level and excellent impact toughness, and it can be applied in scenarios requiring low temperature resistance and low gloss level.

摘要: A filler disposition film that can use a commercially procurable filler material having good particle diameter uniformity, enables high positional precision of the filler disposition, can support even an increase in the surface area, and has a prescribed filler regularly disposed in a long resin film. Moreover, the rate of consistency of disposition of the filler in the filler disposition film in rectangular areas of a prescribed size having a length of 1000 times or more the average particle diameter of the prescribed filler, and a width of 0.2 mm or greater is 90% or greater. Such a rectangular area has a long-side direction that is substantially parallel to the long-side direction of the filler disposition film, and a widthwise direction that is substantially parallel to a short-side direction of the filler disposition film. The average particle diameter of the regularly disposed filler is from 0.4 μm to 100 μm.

摘要: A polymer composition for impregnating a high temperature superconductor (HTS) coil, the composition comprising: a polymer resin, a plurality of particles of a first filler material, and a plurality of particles of a second filler material; wherein the median particle size of the second filler material is less than the median particle size of the first filler material. The polymer composition may be used to prepare a polymer impregnated HTS coil having a predetermined turn-to-turn spacing. A property of the polymer composition may also be modified, for example, the coefficient of thermal contraction and/or resistivity of the composition. Also disclosed is a polymer impregnated HTS coil and a method for preparing the coil.

摘要: A resin composition comprises a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. The resin composition further comprises a plurality of hydrated inorganic substances and/or a plurality of microcapsule particles dispersed in the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. The hydrated inorganic substances dehydration to form anhydrous inorganic substances at a dehydration temperature greater than 250 degrees Celsius. Each microcapsule particle comprises a housing and an embedded object encapsulated in the housing. The embedded object will largely volatilize from the housing at an escaping temperature greater than 250 degrees Celsius. A removable adhesive layer, an IC substrate, and an IC packaging process are also provided.
