The tubular member includes a sidewall and a cap positioned at an end of the sidewall. The sidewall and the cap define an inner volume. The sidewall includes a shoulder separating the tubular member into a first portion and a second portion. The resilient member is disposed between the secondary piston and the cap and thereby is positioned to bias the secondary piston into engagement with the shoulder.

摘要: An injection device, method, and system for drug delivery includes a primary container for storing a drug, the container having a stopper movably disposed in the container for expelling the drug, an injection drive mechanism comprising a plunger for acting on the stopper and an energy source for exerting a force on the plunger to cause the plunger to act on the stopper to expel the drug, the force causing the plunger to accelerate to a velocity prior to acting on the stopper, and a damping mechanism for reducing the velocity of the plunger prior to acting on the stopper. The damping mechanism can include a dashpot or an energy absorbing material associated with the plunger. Alternatively or additionally, the damping mechanisms can include absorbing material disposed between support members of an outer casing of the injection device and the primary container.

摘要: A damper comprises a pressure tube extending longitudinally between a first pressure tube end and a second pressure tube end, a piston arranged in sliding engagement inside the pressure tube, a piston rod coupled to the piston, a hydraulic rebound stop positioned in a first working chamber and including a sealing ring circumferentially extending around the piston rod and within the pressure tube. The sealing ring at least partially defining a high-pressure region within the pressure tube during a rebound stroke the damper further comprising a pressure relief valve in fluid communication with the high-pressure region. The pressure relief valve being operable to allow pressurized fluid from the high-pressure region to pass therethrough once a predefined pressure threshold has been reached.

摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of stabilizing the state of assembly of a seal member while allowing movement of a piston member in a direction that reduces one space inside a cylinder member with little resistance. The seal member includes a base portion located towards the one space, which is a first space inside the cylinder member, and an extending portion extending from the base portion toward the other space, which is the second space inside the cylinder member. The piston member is provided with a first holding portion that faces the base portion of the sealing member, a second holding portion that faces an extended edge of the extended portion of the sealing member, and a third holding portion that faces a held part formed on the inside of the extended portion of the seal member. A fluid passage is formed in the second holding portion.

The compound impact-resistant device includes an inner cylinder, a first pressure sensor and an outer cylinder; an inner cavity of the inner cylinder is connected to a magnetorheological damper, a spiral valve element, a floating piston and a spring from bottom to top; and the outer cylinder is connected to a piston rod, a bottom end of the piston rod penetrates a top of the inner cylinder, the spring and the floating piston to be connected to the spiral valve element, and a portion below the spiral valve element is filled with hydraulic oil. The compound impact-resistant device can provide specific initial support force and achieve active self-adaptation to dynamic impact, thus solving the problems that traditional hydraulic buffers cannot provide initial support force and traditional mechanical crushing members have difficulty in providing large support force.
