    摘要： A furnace-heating combustion apparatus that allows adjustment of a ratio between the amount of primary air and the amount of secondary air. A double-tube elongate burner extends through a rear wall portion of an air box disposed away from a furnace wall. The leading end portion of the burner is disposed inside a tube section such that a secondary air conduit is formed between an outer circumferential face of the leading end portion and an inner circumferential face of the tube section. A primary air conduit is provided at the leading end portion of the burner to introduce the air inside the air box from the rear end portion and cause it to flow toward the leading end portion. A burner supporting means is provided for to allow adjustment of the position of the burner in the longitudinal direction relative to the rear wall of the air box.

A control section 66 is provided, which controls a substrate transfer unit 34 such that substrates 12 other than at least a substrate 12 that was determined to be abnormal are transferred by the unit.

    摘要： Provided is an inverted pendulum mobile vehicle such as a single-passenger coaxial two-wheel vehicle which is capable of turning with a small turning radius without causing discomfort to a rider or a vehicle occupant or causing a cargo or the like on the vehicle from shifting or falling off from the vehicle. The vehicle comprises a wheel supporting frame (12), a body frame (12) supported by the wheel supporting frame so as to be rotatable around a vertical axial line and carry a rider and or a cargo and a body coupler (52, 78, 70) that couples the body frame relative to the wheel supporting frame in a prescribed dynamic positional relationship. Thereby, even when the wheel supporting frame undergoes a rapid yaw movement either while traveling in a fore-and-aft direction or remaining stationary, the body frame that carries a vehicle occupant or a cargo is allowed to follow the yaw movement of the wheel supporting frame at a slower angular speed and/or acceleration/deceleration so that the vehicle occupant is prevented from experiencing discomfort and the cargo is prevented from shifting on the body frame or falling off from the vehicle.

The control section receives pieces of position information of the plural substrates measured by the substrate detecting sensor, compares a maximum value of pieces of position information of substrates with an average thereof and compares a minimum value of pieces of position information of substrates with an average thereof if the pieces of position information of the plural substrates are out of the allowable range of positional deviations from the reference positions of the plural substrates, and judges that deviation has occurred in a boat stop position if differences determined by the respective comparisons are within the allowable range of deviations of the substrates.

    摘要： A DLL circuit comprises a dummy delay corresponding to an internal clock delay from an external clock, a variable delay addition circuit having a coarse and fine delay circuits adjusting delay amount according to a delay amount adjustment signal, and a phase comparison circuit comparing phases of the internal clock and a delay clock input via the variable delay addition circuit and the dummy delay and outputting the delay amount adjustment signal to the variable delay addition circuit. At the start of burst, a first signal set at a logic “1” during 1 clock cycle of the internal clock is input to the variable delay addition circuit via the dummy delay, and duration time of the logic “1” of the first signal is detected until 1 clock cycle of the internal clock is completed and delay amount of the variable delay addition circuit is initialized by setting one of the coarse delay circuit based on the duration time.
