摘要: Methods and systems for providing location fencing within a controlled environment are disclosed herein. A location fencing server determines a location of a first inmate based on a first beacon device, and determines a location of a second inmate based on a second beacon device. Further, the location fencing server determines a proximity status based on the location of the first inmate and the location of the second inmate. Additionally, the location fencing server determines that the first inmate and the second inmate are in violation of a proximity policy based on the proximity status. In some embodiments, the location fencing server sends a notification to an employee device based on the violation of a proximity policy.

摘要: Embodiments position a barcode reader, or other optical detector, to scan upright barcodes when the user's hand is in the neutral position. To do this, embodiments rest the body of the ring scanner device on top of the index finger, with the palm facing inward toward the user's body. Embodiments have integrated interactivity, including a touchscreen display and separate buttons that can be used to operate the optical detector and input data into an integrated computing device. The integrated computing device can run software applications on board the ring scanner device. Finally, the integrated computing device can be remotely managed.

摘要: Various embodiments disclose a 3D memory device, including a substrate; a plurality of conductor layers disposed on the substrate; a plurality of NAND strings disposed on the substrate; and a plurality of slit structures disposed on the substrate. The plurality of NAND strings can be arranged perpendicular to the substrate and in a hexagonal lattice orientation including a plurality of hexagons, and each hexagon including three pairs of sides with a first pair perpendicular to a first direction and parallel to a second direction. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The plurality of slit structures can extend in the first direction.

摘要: A method, system, and computer-readable media for evaluating the accuracy of user equipment (UE) reference signal receive power (RSRP) measurements is disclosed. This includes determining both a total reference signal receive power (RSRP) accuracy and a RSRP baseband accuracy associated with the UE. This also includes executing a plurality of comparisons between the total RSRP accuracy, the RSRP baseband accuracy, and a plurality of accuracy thresholds, and then determining the UE passes a measurement accuracy test based on the plurality of comparisons.
