摘要: The present invention provides a data communication method and a data communication device capable of performing high-speed data communication by using a parallel link and higher-speed data communication by reducing a timing skew. A data communication method includes: a step of encoding data of N bits (N being 2 or larger) to transmission data of M bits (M being 3 or larger) on a transmission side; a step of generating a transmission signal in which transition takes place in at least one level of any of the transmission data synchronously with a transmission clock and transmitting the transmission signal to a transmission line on the transmission side; a step of recognizing transition in the signal of M bits received via the transmission line and detecting the reception data of M bits synchronized with the transmission clock on a reception side; and a step of decoding the reception data of M bits to the data of N bits.

摘要: An object is to execute sure oil supplying to a second rotary compression element in a horizontal type compressor equipped with the second rotary compression element in which pressure becomes higher than that in an airtight container. A horizontal type rotary compressor of a multistage compression system comprises a driving element and a compression mechanism section driven by the driving element in a horizontal type airtight container. The compression mechanism section is constituted of first and second rotary compression elements. A refrigerant compressed by the first rotary compression element is discharged into the airtight container, and the discharged refrigerant of intermediate pressure is further compressed by the second rotary compression element to be discharged. A gist is that an oil supply passage is formed in a cylinder of the second rotary compression element 34 to communicate a low-pressure chamber of the cylinder with a bottom part in the airtight container.

摘要: A thin polarizer array and a wavelength plate array that are composed of micro regions having different optical axis directions and wavelength characteristics and having a high extinction ratio and a low insertion loss, and a polarization analyzer using them. An array of micro periodic grooves is formed on a substrate, with the directions changed from one region to another. An alternating multilayer film formed by bias sputtering alternating a layer of high refractive index material such as Si or Ta2O5 and a layer of low refractive index material such as SiO2. By selecting a condition that each layer maintains its periodic projecting/recessed shape, an array of photonic crystal polarizer is formed. By mounting this array of photonic crystal polarizer in a photodetector array, a polarization analyzer that is small, has no movable part, has a small number of components, and enables high-precision measurement is constituted.

摘要: There is disclosed an exposure method for correcting a focal point, comprising: illuminating a mask, in which a mask-pattern including at least a set of a first mask-pattern and a second mask-pattern mutually different in shape is formed, from a direction in which a point located off an optical axis of an exposure apparatus is a center of illumination, and exposing and projecting an image of said mask-pattern toward an image-receiving element; measuring a mutual relative distance between images of said first and second mask-patterns exposed and projected on said image-receiving element, thereby measuring a focal point of a projecting optical system of said exposure apparatus; and moving said image-receiving element along a direction of said optical axis of said exposure apparatus on a basis of a result of said measurement, and disposing said image-receiving element at an appropriate focal point of said projecting optical system.

摘要: Adhesive layers are formed on the two opposing surfaces of a transparent support. At least one of the adhesive layers is made of a material of which the cured state may be changed. The adhesive layer is irradiated with light and a lens sheet is then pressed against the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is cured. In this illustrative way, a laminate film of the lens sheet fixed to the transparent support via the adhesive layer may be obtained. The laminate film may be bonded to a polarizing plate on the viewer's side of a liquid crystal display element via the other adhesive layer.
