Abstract: Embodiments include a device comprising an interface module for interfacing with proprietary legacy systems. The interface module comprises a data interface for interfacing with a processing component of the legacy system, where the processing component uses a proprietary protocol for processing data of the legacy system. The interface module includes a protocol module that comprises a protocol corresponding to the proprietary protocol of the legacy system, and the interface module uses the protocol to exchange data with the processing component. The interface module includes a communication device that communicates with a remote system via a wireless channel. The interface module controls communications that include passing commands from the remote system to the legacy system and passing event data of the legacy system to the remote system.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs stored on a computer-readable storage medium, for peer-to-peer location-based messaging. In some implementations, a mobile device selectively displays displayable messages associated with beacons corresponding to specific locations that the mobile device visits. The mobile device can extract identifiers from wireless messages from beacons and determine whether to display a message corresponding to a beacon based on filter parameters of a user and data indicating characteristics of a property where a beacon is located. The displayable messages corresponding to beacons can be messages users who associated with the beacons have previously designated for presentation upon detection of the beacons. The mobile device can display the displayable message for a beacon while the mobile device is a detection range to receive the wireless message from the beacon.

Abstract: Methods for synchronizing a client application user interface (UI) state of content of a client application on a client device corresponding with a host application on a host device are presented, the method including: receiving an update on the host application; transmitting a request for remote notification to the client device to synchronize the UI state of content of the client application responsive to receiving the event; displaying a notification corresponding with the request for remote notification on the client device indicating content is available to the client device; selecting the notification; launching the client application on the client device; transmitting a synchronizing request by the client device to the host device; enabling a synchronization mode of the host application; determining a host application UI state; transmitting content data associated with the UI state of the host application to the client device; and displaying the client application UI state based on the content data from the host device.

Abstract: A process for rendering a user interface for launching content for publication using a content management system (CMS), includes: providing, over a network, an editor application enabling editing of entities stored in the CMS; providing, over the network, a launch application, wherein execution of the launch application renders the user interface for launching content for publication, wherein the user interface includes a reference tree providing a hierarchical visualization of reference relationships amongst the entities; receiving selection of a group of entities for publishing; and generating, responsive to the selection, an application programming interface (API) call to the CMS to trigger initiation of a validation process to validate each entity, without requiring separate API calls for validating each entity; and, wherein the validation process, once initiated, proceeds automatically without requiring said separate API calls to separately initiate publication of each of the entities in the group of entities.

Abstract: Systems and methods including notification techniques for sharing information related to detected dialogs on secondary computing devices associated with a user are provided. For example, a system can include a user interface (UI) monitor on a first client computing device configured to detect a dialog and send an indication of the dialog to a workspace backend. The workspace backend can facilitate communication between the first client computing device and one or more secondary computing devices associated with the user such that the user receives notifications of dialogs displayed on the first client computing device on the one or more secondary computing devices. The user has the option of responding to the dialog on a secondary computing device, and the workspace backend facilitates transmission of the user response on the secondary computing device back to the first client computing device.
