A camera module includes a lens module having a lens holder having a top surface, a bottom surface, a side surface and a through hole through the top surface and the bottom surface, a liquid crystal lens, wires, and a driving unit, a PCB, and solder balls. The liquid crystal lens is received in the through hole. The wires are arranged on the top surface and the side surface. One end of each wire is electrically connected to the liquid crystal lens, and the other end includes a solder terminal on the side surface. The driving unit drives the liquid crystal lens. The PCB includes a rigid print circuit board supporting the lens holder and a flexible print circuit board having a free end bent toward the side surface. The solder balls interconnect the solder terminals and the free end.

A surgical instrument is disclosed having an elongated body portion having a proximal end and a distal end. The body portion is formed from a plastically deformable material such that the body portion can be bent between the proximal and distal ends from a first configuration to a second bent configuration and maintains the bent configuration. A flexible circuit having at least a pair of lead wires disposed around the body portion. The pair of lead wires are configured to conform to the bent configuration of the body portion such that they do not break during bending of the body portion. A tracking device adapted to cooperate with a navigation system to track the distal end of the instrument is coupled to the flexible circuit.

The display apparatus includes a display panel, a back cover disposed on a rear side of the display panel, the back cover having a curved shape of which both ends protrude forward, and a fixing part fixing the back cover to maintain the curved shape of the back cover. According to one embodiment, a circuit board comprises an anisotropic film disposed outwardly from a first flexible dielectric layer, and a second flexible dielectric layer disposed outwardly from the anisotropic film. The first and second flexible dielectric layers each have at least one conductive trace conductively coupled to a pad. The anisotropic film forms a via region that conductively couples the pad of the first flexible dielectric layer to the pad of the second flexible dielectric layer, and electrically isolates the conductive trace of the first flexible dielectric layer from the conductive trace of the second flexible dielectric layer.
