A mask, including a transparent substrate and mask patterns formed on a surface of the transparent substrate, wherein the mask patterns include a first area for forming film patterns in a display area and a second area for forming film patterns in a non-display area; both the first area and the second area are provided with a plurality of patterned sub-masks; a distribution density of the patterned sub-masks in the first area is less than a distribution density of the patterned sub-masks in the second area; each patterned sub-mask includes a first pattern for forming a source electrode of a transistor, a second pattern for forming a drain electrode of the transistor, and a slit interposed between the first pattern and the second pattern; and a width of the slit in the first area is greater than a width of the slit in the second area.

The present invention provides an LED chip including a light-emitting layer, a P electrode, an N electrode, an anode and a cathode, the N electrode, the light-emitting layer and the P electrode are sequentially stacked, the P electrode is electrically connected to the anode, the N electrode is electrically connected to the cathode, the light-emitting layer includes multiple color light-emitting layers whose colors differ from each other, and the multiple color light-emitting layers are provided in a same layer, and electrically connected to the anode through the P electrode and to the cathode through the N electrode. The present invention further provides an LED, a backlight source and a display apparatus. When an LED including the LED chip is used as a backlight source of a liquid crystal display apparatus, performance ability of the display apparatus on a plurality of colors can be improved during image display.

The present disclosure discloses an organic light emitting diode substrate, comprising: a base substrate and a device layer formed in a middle part thereon, a region on the base substrate other than the device layer being divided into an inner ring region that surrounds the device layer and an outer ring region outside the inner ring region; a first adhesive layer adhered on the device layer and the inner ring region and covering the device layer and the inner ring region, the first adhesive layer being used to block moisture and oxygen for the device layer; a second adhesive frame adhered on the outer ring region and the first adhesive layer and covering a portion of the first adhesive layer over the inner ring region, the second adhesive frame having a higher adhesive strength than the first adhesive layer.

The present application provides an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device including the array substrate, the array substrate includes a substrate, and a gate drive circuit and a common electrode line arranged above the substrate, the gate drive circuit and the common electrode line are arranged adjacent to each other, and at least one groove is provided in the common electrode line. In the application, by forming the groove in the common electrode line, flow of the developing solution from the common electrode line to the gate drive circuit can be effectively suppressed, so as to solve the problem that the channel is broken in the thin film transistor of the gate drive circuit due to nonuniform distribution of the developing solution.

Embodiments of the present invention relates to the technical field of augmented reality. A virtual reality display method is disclosed, comprising: acquiring a real scene picture; retrieving from the real scene picture a target image having the same shape and color with a sample image, and extracting the space coordinates of the target image; and shielding off or highlighting the target image according to the space coordinates. From the perspective of subtraction and on the basis of a real scene, the virtual reality display method and system according to the embodiment of the present invention achieve the effect of shielding off or weakening interference information of the real scene and highlighting the real subject of interest by means of shielding off or highlighting.

The present disclosure discloses an OLED package structure, a display panel and a method for preparing a package structure. The OLED package structure includes a substrate, an OLED disposed on the substrate, and a reinforcement hole disposed on at least one of the substrate and the OLED and extending along a side of the OLED towards the substrate; and an encapsulation layer covering the OLED, and at least a portion of the encapsulation layer extending into the reinforcement hole. Therefore, the reliability of the package structure can be increased, the adhesive strength of the package layer can be increased, peeling or package failure can be prevented, and the service life of the package structure can be improved.
