Upon receiving data from a client indicating a visited information type, the method obtains correlated information types related to the visited information type from stored records. For each of the one or more correlated information combinations, the method computes a degree of correlation between the correlated information combination and the visited information type. The method selects a target correlated information combination with a satisfying degree of correlation, and recommends the target correlated information combination to the client.

A flip chip semiconductor device has a substrate with a plurality of active devices formed thereon. A passive device is formed on the substrate by depositing a first conductive layer over the substrate, depositing an insulating layer over the first conductive layer, and depositing a second conductive layer over the insulating layer. The passive device is a metal-insulator-metal capacitor. The deposition of the insulating layer and first and second conductive layers is performed without photolithography. An under bump metallization (UBM) layer is formed on the substrate in electrical contact with the plurality of active devices. A solder bump is formed over the UBM layer. The passive device can also be a resistor by depositing a resistive layer over the first conductive layer and depositing a third conductive layer over the resistive layer. The passive device electrically contacts the solder bump.

The technical solution of the present invention includes: encoding each sample of an input signal to generate an encoded signal of a core layer; comparing residuals of all or a part of the samples of the input signal with encoding thresholds, where the residuals are generated by core layer encoding, and performing encoding according to comparison results to generate an encoded signal of an enhancement layer; and writing the encoded signal of the core layer and the encoded signal of the enhancement layer into a bitstream to generate an encoded signal of the input signal.

A framing method and apparatus are disclosed to overcome inconsistency of gains between sub-frames caused by simple average framing in the prior art. The method includes: obtaining the Linear Prediction Coding (LPC) order and the pitch of the signal; removing the samples inapplicable to Long-Term Prediction (LTP) synthesis according to the LPC prediction order and the pitch; and splitting the remaining samples of the signal into several sub-frames. The technical solution under the present invention is applicable to the multimedia speech coding field.

The method includes the following steps: receiving a good frame following a lost frame, obtaining an energy ratio of energy of a signal in the signal of the good frame signal to energy of a synthesized signal corresponding to the same time of the good frame; and adjusting the synthesized signal in accordance with the energy ratio. The present invention also discloses a signal processing apparatus and a voice decoder. The present disclosure relates to a decoding method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving data frames from the coder; if any erroneous frame appears, calculating a pitch lag parameter of the erroneous frame; decoding the data frames according to the calculated pitch lag parameter of the erroneous frame, and obtaining decoded data. The process of determining the pitch lag parameter includes: determining the number of continuous erroneous frames and the pitch lag parameter of the previous frame; adjusting the pitch lag parameter of the previous frame according to the number of the continuous erroneous frames and a preset adjustment policy, and calculating and determining the pitch lag parameter of a current erroneous frame, wherein the preset adjustment policy is adjusting the determined pitch lag parameter of the current erroneous frame within a preset value range according to the number of the continuous erroneous frames.
