    摘要: A surface-emitting laser has an active layer between a first distributed Bragg reflector and a second distributed Bragg reflector. The first distributed Bragg reflector is formed so as to have a resonant mode and a first longitudinal mode different from the resonant mode included in the reflectivity stop band and a second longitudinal mode different from the resonant mode and the first longitudinal mode excluded from the reflectivity stop band. Oscillation is suppressed in the first longitudinal mode and in the second longitudinal mode. As a result, the surface-emitting laser can oscillate in a single longitudinal mode, suppressing longitudinal mode hopping.

    摘要: A constant temperature oscillator which comprises: a crystal oscillator that is provided upright on a circuit board, and which comprises a plurality of lead wires extending out from a bottom face of an oscillator container in which a crystal piece is hermetically sealed; an oscillation element arranged on the circuit board and configuring an oscillation circuit in conjunction with the crystal oscillator; and a temperature control element including at least a heating chip resistance and a thermistor, arranged on the circuit board, and configuring a temperature control circuit that keeps an operating temperature of the crystal oscillator constant; and which is provided with a heat transfer plate between the heating chip resistance and the bottom face of the oscillator container, wherein, the heat transfer plate has a notch into which the heating chip resistance is fitted, and, a heat sink lies between the heat transfer plate and the heating chip resistance and closely contacts with them. In the constant temperature oscillator of the present invention, instead of a constant temperature oven having a large heat capacity which is conventionally used to keep constant temperature, the heat transfer plate made from a metal plate of a high heat transfer coefficient is adopted as a heat transfer structure. Thus, an object of the invention is to provide a constant temperature oscillator in which the heat efficiency is improved and that deals with thinning.

    摘要: The present invention is one where, in a lead wire led-out type crystal oscillator of constant temperature type for high stability, comprising: a heat supply body that supplies heat to a crystal resonator from which a plurality of lead wires are led out, to maintain the temperature constant; an oscillating element that constitutes an oscillating circuit together with the crystal resonator; a temperature control element that constitutes a temperature control circuit for controlling the temperature of the crystal resonator; and a circuit board for mounting the heat supply body, the oscillating element, and the temperature control element, and through which lead wires of the crystal resonator are passed through for mounting, the heat supply body comprises: a heat conducting plate which has through-holes for the lead wires and is mounted on the circuit board, and which faces, and is directly thermally joined to, the crystal resonator; and a chip resistor for heating which is mounted on the circuit board adjacent to the heat conducting plate, and is thermally joined to the heat conducting plate. As a result, a lead wire led-out type crystal oscillator of constant temperature type for high stability wherein the structure is simplified, and in particular the height dimension is reduced can be provided. Moreover, the present invention is a constant temperature type surface mounting type crystal oscillator which uses a crystal resonator for surface mounting which is mounted on the circuit board together with the oscillating elements and temperature control elements, and is constructed such that the crystal resonator is arranged on a ceramic substrate, and at least a chip resistor for heat generation and a highly temperature-dependent highly heat sensitive element are arranged on the ceramic substrate. The structure is such that the crystal resonator is arranged on one principal plane of the ceramic substrate, and the chip resistor and the temperature sensitive element are arranged on the other principal plane of the ceramic substrate, and the other principal plane of the ceramic substrate is positioned facing one principal plane of the circuit board, and heat conductive resin is interposed between the chip resistor and the circuit board. A surface mounted crystal oscillator of constant temperature type in which miniaturization is advanced, and the structure is simplified, is provided.

    摘要: An oven-controlled oscillator includes a thermostatic oven having a heat source, a vibrator provided in the thermostatic oven, an oscillation circuit for generating an oscillation signal in response to an action of the vibrator, and a heat source control circuit. The heat source control circuit includes a sensor for detecting an internal temperature of the thermostatic oven, an operational amplifier for controlling current to flow through the heat source in response to a resistance value of the sensor so that the internal temperature of the thermostatic oven may be maintained at a predetermined preset temperature, and a feedback resistor for the operational amplifier. The feedback resistor includes a thermistor whose resistance value drops as the temperature rises, and the thermistor is thermally coupled to the thermostatic oven. Preferably, a quartz-crystal element is used as the vibrator.

    摘要: An anthracycline compound, ditrisarubicin, of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R represents one of the following substituents (A), (B), and (C): ##STR2## is produced by a process which comprises cultivating a strain of Streptomyces in a suitable culture medium under aerobic conditions, said strain having the ability to produce the anthracycline compound, ditrisarubicin, and then recovering the anthracycline compound, ditrisarubicin, from the cultured medium. This ditrisarubicin, or an acid addition salt of the ditrisarubicin, can be contained as the active ingredient in antitumor agents and in pharmaceutical compositions for treatment of infections induced by gram-positive microorganisms, whereby good results are attainable.
