摘要: Provided is a resin for nanoimprinting, which is capable of preventing removal of a transfer-receiving resin from a substrate when a mold is separated during nanoimprinting, and which is also capable of transferring a pattern on a mold to a transfer-receiving resin with high accuracy during thermal nanoimprinting, while improving the throughput. A resin for nanoimprinting, which is represented by formula (1). (In the formula, each of R1-R5 independently represents —H or —OH, and at least one of the R1-R5 moieties represents —OH; R6 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6-20 carbon atoms or an aralkyl group having 7-20 carbon atoms; X represents an amide or an ester; Y may be absent, or represents an amide or an ester; P represents an integer of 1-10; and each of m and n represents an integer of 1 or more.)

摘要: In an embodiment, an adhesive sheet has an expandable adhesive layer 2 on one side or both sides of a base 1, wherein the expandable adhesive layer 2 contains an epoxy resin including a polyfunctional epoxy resin, a phenol resin as a curing agent, an imidazole-based compound as a curing catalyst, and a temperature-sensitive foaming agent. The adhesive sheet has properties in good balance, such as fast curability, heat resistance, and adhesiveness, and also excellent properties such as thermal conductivity attributed to a good filling property.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a roll of stock material for making a label having a shelf portion with pressure sensitive adhesive and a bib portion with deadened adhesive is provided. The shelf portion includes a layer of polymer. A continuous layer of paper is bonded to a continuous layer of polymer with applied strips of catalyzed adhesive from a roller. Unbonded strips of polymer are kiss-cut and removed to expose the paper between bonded strips of polymer. A continuous layer of pressure sensitive adhesive is applied over the polymer and exposed paper. Strips of deadening agent are applied over the layer of pressure sensitive adhesive that overlays the exposed paper. The pressure sensitive adhesive and deadening agent are cured and a release layer is applied over them.

摘要: A multilayer self-adhesive fouling release coating composition includes an optional removable underlying liner; an adhesive layer applied over and to the optional underlying liner when the latter is present; and a synthetic material layer applied over and to the adhesive layer. 摘要: A method for analyzing a surface quality of a laminate part including the steps of creating a planned dimensioned representation of a laminate part desired to be built which includes a first surface having a first topography; placing fibers into locations for the laminate part desired to be built; and curing a resin associated with the placed fibers fabricating an as-built laminate part which includes a second surface having a second topography which corresponds to the first surface having the first topography. The method also includes aligning the first surface, the second surface and the locations of the fibers; determining a first elevation of a first point on the first surface and a second elevation of a second point on the second surface; and observing the first surface, the second surface and the locations of the fibers in alignment and the first elevation relative to the second elevation in analyzing the surface quality of the laminate part.
