摘要: A hybrid power system and an operating method, a torque distribution method and a gear shifting control method of the same. A transmission of the hybrid power system employs two independent input shafts and two motors which are in transmission connection with the two input shafts respectively, and an engine is in transmission connection with one of the two motors via a clutch. In this way, in one aspect, a torque compensation can be constantly carried out in a gear shift process of the hybrid power system, thereby avoiding a torque interruption phenomenon for the hybrid power system in the gear shift process; in the other aspect, the hybrid power system can enable a serial mode in which one motor is driven by the engine to charge a battery while the other motor is driven to transmit torque to the transmission for driving.

摘要: A transmission system selectively coupled to an engine crankshaft of an internal combustion engine arranged on a vehicle includes a transmission, a motor generator an HVAC compressor and a controller. The transmission has an input shaft, a mainshaft, an output shaft and a countershaft offset from the input shaft. The countershaft is drivably connected to the first input shaft and a mainshaft. The motor generator is selectively couple to the countershaft. The HVAC compressor is selectively driven by the motor generator. The controller operates the transmission system in various modes based on operating conditions.

摘要: A powered vehicle includes a chassis having a front end and a rear end, and at least one front wheel and at least one rear wheel for supporting the chassis. The at least one front wheel defines a front axle and the at least one rear wheel defines a rear axle. A first portion of the vehicle defines an interior in which at least one seat is located. A second portion of the vehicle is located outside of the interior. The first and second portions are at least partially separated by a wall. A power system for propelling the vehicle is located in the second portion, where the power system includes a HV battery for producing electrical power to propel the vehicle. The battery is coupled to the chassis and located in the second portion.

摘要: A thermal management assembly includes a fluidic command device connected to a first and second pump group and having four inlet and outlet ports and an auxiliary duct connecting the pump groups. The fluidic command device is configurable in a first configuration, in which working fluid flows into the first inlet port and out of the first outlet port, flowing into the first pump group, the auxiliary duct and the second pump group, a second configuration, in which working fluid flows into the second inlet port and out of the second outlet port, flowing in the pump groups, preventing flow in the auxiliary duct, and a third configuration, in which working fluid flows into the third inlet port and out of the third outlet port, flowing into the first pump group, and into the fourth inlet port and out of the fourth outlet port, flowing into the second pump group.

The control system is configured to detect an onset of a thermal event in the energy storage system, control the motor to drive the pump such that the water can be recirculated out of and back into the water tank to facilitate draining a state of charge of the energy storage system, and provide a notification to electrically couple the energy storage system to an external load to facilitate draining the state of charge of the energy storage system.

摘要: This application is directed to an apparatus for providing electrical charge to a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a driven mass, a generator, a charger, a hardware controller, and a communication circuit. The driven mass rotates in response to a kinetic energy of the vehicle and is coupled to a shaft such that rotation of the driven mass causes the shaft to rotate. The driven mass exists in one of (1) an extended position and (2) a retracted position. The generator generates an electrical output based on a mechanical input coupled to the shaft such that rotation of the shaft causes the mechanical input to rotate. The charger is electrically coupled to the generator and: receives the electrical output, generates a charge output based on the electrical output, and conveys the charge output to the vehicle. The controller controls whether the driven mass is in the extended position or the retracted position in response to a signal received from the communication circuit.

The direct connection of the subframe to the cross-brace dampens vibration, e.g., road vibration and noise, in the subframe to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness transferred to a vehicle occupant through the vehicle-steering gear.

摘要: A method for performing rotational speed synchronisation of a first transmission component having a first initial rotational speed with a second transmission component having a second initial rotational speed, so that they rotate with the same final rotational speed during a gear switch from an initial driving gear to a final driving gear in a stepped gear transmission for a hybrid electric or electric drive train having an electric traction motor. The method including calculating a total frictional work resulting from performing the total rotational speed synchronisation by means of a mechanical synchroniser of the stepped gear transmission only, and if the calculated total frictional work exceeds a maximal frictional work of the mechanical synchroniser, performing the rotational speed synchronisation by means of both the electric traction motor and the mechanical synchroniser.

摘要: In a control device for discharging a DC link capacitor by means of a discharging device including a load resistor and a switch element connected in series with the load resistor, the control device includes a generator unit, which is configured to generate a pulse width-modulated actuation signal for the switch element with an ascertained duty cycle, and a control unit, which is configured to ascertain the duty cycle in such a way that, in the time average, a desired discharge current flows through the load resistor.
