摘要: A composition that can be activated by irradiation and cured by moisture comprises (A) one or more moisture-curable compounds from the group of alkoxy silanes, (B) at least one acid generator releasing an acid when exposed to actinic radiation, and (C) at least one carbonyl compound and/or carbonyl derivative selected from the group of aldehydes, ketones, hemiacetals and hemiketals. Moreover, the compositions according to the present invention can additionally contain an alcohol and/or thiol (D), a catalyst for moisture-curing (E), a radiation-curable compound (F), a photoinitiator for radical polymerization (G), and further additives (H). After activation of the acid generator the composition cures even in high layer thicknesses independently of the ingress of external moisture.
Furthermore, a method for the bonding, molding, sealing and coating of substrates using the composition is described.-

摘要: Processing parameters of polypropylene and/or polyethylene are adjusted by combining them with a non-fluorinated process aid. The process aid is an oleochemical derivative and/or a wax having a viscosity of from 10 cP to 100 cP. The wax is a branched ethylene-propylene copolymer. The processing parameter, e.g., pressure at the die, or volumetric output is adjusted for the polypropylene and/or polyethylene compared to the polypropylene and/or polyethylene without the non-fluorinated process aid at the same processing conditions. The mechanical properties of an extruded polymeric article including the non-fluorinated process aid are the same or are improved compared to the same composition without the non-fluorinated polymer processing aid or one that includes a fluorinated processing aid.

摘要: Provided is a composition for surface treatment of a steel sheet, the composition having excellent resistance to an acid, such as sulfuric acid, and to a coated steel sheet to which the composition for surface treatment is applied, wherein the composition for surface treatment comprises 30-50% wt % of colloidal silica containing 5-20 nm-sized silica, 40-60% wt % of silane containing three or more alkoxy groups, 5-15 wt % of an acrylate-based organic monomer, 0.01-1 wt % of an acid, and 1-15 wt % of a solvent.

摘要: The disclosure provides for a composite material suitable for use as EMI shielding material, remarkable in that it comprises a component A being a polymer resin being at least one amorphous polymer resin and/or at least one semi-crystalline polymer resin selected from polyethylene resin and/or polypropylene resin; from 15.0 to 60.0 wt. % of component B being at least one metal-coated particle based on the total weight of the composite material; and from 0.5 to 5.0 wt. % of component C being one or more dispersants based on the total weight of the composite material; wherein one or more dispersants are selected from fatty acids, fatty acid derivatives, ethylene bis stearamide, functionalized waxes, maleic anhydride-grafted polymers and any mixture thereof; wherein the blend of components A, B and C shows a density ranging from 0.8 to 2.0 g/cc. A process to produce such composite material is also described as well as an EMI shield article made from such composite material and the use of such composite material in an EMO shield article.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a conductive polymer composition which has good filterability and good film formability of a flat film on an electron beam resist and can be suitably used for an antistatic film for electron beam resist writing, showing excellent antistatic property in the electron beam writing process due to the property of low volume resistivity (Ω·cm), and, reducing an effect on lithography by making an effect of an acid diffused from the film minimum, and further having excellent peelability by H2O or an alkaline developer after writing.

摘要: A process for end-capping a dimethylsilanol terminated polydiorganosiloxane with one or more di, tri and/or tetra alkoxysilanes in the presence of a basic end-capping catalyst starting material is provided. An acidic stabilizing/neutralising agent is subsequently added. The acidic stabilizing/neutralising agent is selected from one or more fatty acids having from 8 to 26 carbons; an alkane sulphonic acid having from 1 to 10 carbons; acidic fumed silica and/or one or more acidic liquid polybutadienes or a mixture thereof. The resulting capped polymeric material may be utilized as a polymer in, e.g., an organopolysiloxane elastomer composition.

摘要: Debondable adhesive compositions are provided. This disclosure also provides articles of footwear and components for articles of footwear including a debondable adhesive matrix. The debondable adhesive matrix can allow for the bonding and debonding of two substrates in the article of footwear or component thereof. This disclosure also provides methods of making the debondable adhesive compositions and methods of using said compositions for bonding and debonding the substrates, e.g. for bonding and debonding of an upper and an outsole in an article of footwear.
