摘要: A transfer device includes a wet blank transfer mold internally provided with an airtight air chamber, a front face with a recessed matching cavity configured to be sheathed on the outside of a pulp wet blank container and is recessed towards the airtight air chamber. The recessed matching cavity includes several small communicating holes provided respectively in an inner wall of each recessed matching cavity and at the bottom of the recessed matching cavity for communication between the recessed matching cavity and the airtight air chamber. A moving frame parallel to the wet blank transfer mold with evenly spaced vacuum cups, is connected to a back face of the wet blank transfer mold via a guiding mechanism. A driver connected between the back face of the wet blank transfer mold and the moving frame to drive the moving frame to move relative to the wet blank transfer mold.

摘要: There is provided a dispersion device including: a supply section having a supply pipe for supplying a material containing fibers together with air, and a chamber that has a first swirl flow forming portion forming a first swirl flow of the air containing the material and a second swirl flow forming portion communicating with the first swirl flow forming portion and forming a second swirl flow in a direction opposite to the first swirl flow of the air containing the material and that is coupled to the supply pipe; a dispersion section that has a casing formed with a discharge port for discharging the material, stirs the material in the casing, and discharges and disperses the material from the discharge port into air; and a coupling section having a communication port through which the first swirl flow forming portion and the second swirl flow forming portion communicate with the casing.

摘要: A through-air apparatus for drying or bonding paper, tissue, or nonwoven webs is provided. The apparatus includes a web-carrying structure configured to move and a first component having at least one sealing element adjacent the web-carrying structure, where the sealing element is configured to reduce the infiltration of ambient air into the through-air apparatus. The apparatus also includes at least one channel configured to direct air to the sealing element to reduce the infiltration of ambient air into the through-air apparatus. A method of operating a through-air apparatus for drying or bonding paper, tissue, or nonwoven webs is also provided. The method includes directing air to a sealing element to reduce the infiltration of ambient air into the through-air apparatus.

The first layer is made of extruded polymer and includes a plurality of first elements aligned in a first direction, a plurality of second elements aligned in a second direction and extending over the plurality of first elements, and a plurality of open portions defined by the plurality of first and second elements. The second layer is made of woven fabric. The first layer is bonded to the second layer so that the first layer extends only partially through the second layer and an interface formed between the first and second layers includes bonded and unbonded portions and airflow channels that extend in a plane parallel to the first and second layers.

摘要: The invention relates to a system of producing MFC (micro fibrillated cellulose) having a process device (30) of a pulper, a refiner or a screen configured to process MFC suspension to consistency of 0.5-5%. The system has a continuous pressing means (15; 25, 26) configured to dry the MFC suspension to a consistency of 6-60%. A method of producing MFC has at least one process stage (30) which processes a MFC suspension to a consistency of 0.5-5% by a process device (30). In the process stage the MFC suspension is pulped in a pulping stage in a pulper and/or refined in a refining stage by a refiner and/or screened in a screening stage by a screen. The MFC suspension having the consistency of 0.5-5% is dried in a drying stage of continuous pressing (15, 25, 26) by continuous a pressing device (15, 25, 26) to a consistency of 6-60%.

A method can include providing a first supply of fibers, providing a second supply of fibers, and providing a headbox. The headbox can include a machine direction, a cross-direction, and a first cross-directional divider that separates a first zone of the headbox from a second zone of the headbox in a cross-directional manner. The method can further include transferring the first supply of fibers and the second supply of fibers to the headbox. The method can also include transferring the first supply of fibers and the second supply of fibers through the headbox to provide the substrate.
