摘要:
Provided are a stress analysis method and stress analysis equipment that enable a detailed stress measurement, by using both a photoelasticity measurement method and a stress measurement (mechanoluminescence measurement) which utilizes a mechanoluminescent substance to measure a stress state of an object. Physical quantities that are measurable include individual principal stress component and a principal stress direction. The photoelasticity measurement method alone cannot measure individual principal stress component values.

A mechanoluminescence material comprising a mother body material and a luminescence center added to the mother body material. The mother body material is constituted of at least one kind of oxide selected from alumino silicate, aluminate, silicate, tantalate, niobate, gallium oxide, and ZrO2, and the luminescence center is at least one kind selected from a rare earth metal and a transition metal which emits light when electrons excited by mechanical energy are restored to a normal state.

A novel highly bright mechanoluminescence material free from decay of luminescence brightness even if repeated stress is applied, comprising a composite semiconductor crystal of the general formula xM1A1·(1−x)M2A2 (wherein each of M1 and M2 independently represents an atom selected from among Zn, Mn, Cd, Cu, Eu, Fe, Co, Ni, Mg and Ca, and each of A1 and A2 is an atom independently selected from among chalcogens, provided that M1A1 is different from M2A2; and x is a positive number less than 1); and a process for producing the same.

A stacked structure (1) includes an electrostriction layer (2) including an electric inductive distortion material and a stress light-emitting layer (3) including a stress light-emitting material. When applying a voltage to the electrostriction layer (2) in the stacked structure (1), the electric inductive distortion material deforms, thereby the electrostriction layer (2) deforms. The deformation of the electrostriction layer (2) causes an external force to act on the stress light-emitting material of the stress light-emitting layer (3), and the stress light-emitting layer (3) emits light, accordingly. That is, by applying the voltage to the stacked structure (1), the stacked structure (1) can emit the light.

A method for assembling a packaged semiconductor device includes mounting a pressure-sensing die onto a die paddle of a metal lead frame. A pressure-sensitive gel is dispensed into a recess of a lid, and the lead frame is mated with the lid such that the pressure-sensing die is immersed in the pressure-sensitive gel within the recess of the lid.

A method of assembling semiconductor devices includes placing an array of semiconductor dies on a die support. A cap array structure is provided that has a corresponding array of caps supported by a cap frame structure. The cap array structure and the array of semiconductor dies on the die support are aligned, with the caps extending over corresponding semiconductor dies, in a mold chase. The array of semiconductor dies and the array of caps are encapsulated with a molding compound in the mold chase. The encapsulated units of the semiconductor dies with the corresponding caps are removed from the mold chase and singulated. Singulating the encapsulated units may include removing the cap frame structure from the encapsulated units.

A semiconductor device has first and semiconductor dies having active faces presenting electrical contact elements and back faces attached to first and second bonding areas side by side on an electrically conductive die support. A layer of electrically insulating material is applied to the first bonding area of the die support. A layer of electrically insulating adhesive bonding material attaches the back face of the first semiconductor die to the first bonding area of the die support through the layer of electrically insulating material. A layer of electrically conductive adhesive bonding material attaches the back face of the second semiconductor die to the second bonding area of the die support.

An antenna device, such as composite right and left handed (CRLH) antenna device, is formed on the substrate, including a ground electrode formed on the substrate. In an example, the antenna device includes a cell patch comprising an enclosed conductive portion formed along an exterior edge of the cell patch, leaving an interior portion of the cell patch to partially expose the substrate. A feed structure is electromagnetically coupled to the cell patch, a via line is coupled to the ground electrode, and a via couples the via line to the cell patch.

A preparation method of (S)-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide is provided, which includes the steps of preparing the crude product and crystallizing, wherein acetone and water are used as solvents in the step of crystallizing. The (S)-oxiracetam prepared by the method of the present invention has high purity of more than 99.3% and low impurity of 0-0.5%, based on the percentages of the mass. According to the method of the present invention, with regard to the way of charging materials, adding inorganic base only just a few times is easier to handle and more convenient to the industrial manufacturing and application.
