    摘要: There is provided a lubricating structure of a planetary gear mechanism which can simplify the outer shape of an introducing section formed by an oil catch plate, for introducing lubricating oil, and ensure a high degree of design freedom. In a double pinion type planetary gear mechanism, the distance from the axis of a carrier to the outermost edge of an opening in the direction of the carrier's diameter in an lubricating oil introducing hole formed in an outer diameter side pinion shaft and the distance from the axis of the carrier to the outermost edge of an opening in the direction of the carrier's diameter in an lubricating oil introducing hole formed in an inner diameter side pinion shaft are equal to each other. Therefore, lubricating oil can be supplied to the inner diameter side pinion shaft through the introducing section irrespective of the amount of lubricating oil that can be supplied to the outer diameter side pinion shaft. Also, the shape of a centrifugal cancel piston as the oil catch plate forming the introducing section can be simplified to increase the degree of design freedom.

    摘要: Disclosed is a floor panel structure for an automobile body, which comprises a floor panel (2, 4, 6, 12) joined to a plurality of frame members (22, 24, 27 to 32, etc.) extending in longitudinal and lateral directions of the automobile body so as to make up an automobile floor. At least a part of the floor panel has a panel zone (S1, S2, S4, S5, S6, S8) surrounded by the frame members. The panel zone includes a high-rigid portion (84) formed by deforming a central region thereof to protrude upward or downward, and a low-rigid portion (86) formed around the high-rigid portion. The high-rigid portion is formed with a concavoconvex element, such as a bead (90). The floor panel structure of the present invention can effectively reduce vibrational energy of a floor panel so as to reduce acoustic radiation from the floor panel.

    摘要: A first planetary gear unit is arranged to convert an input rotation from an input shaft to an output rotation whose speed is lower than that of the input rotation. A first unit including second and third planetary gear units is arranged between the first planetary gear unit and the output shaft. The first unit manages the first planetary gear unit's output rotation and provides the output shaft with seven types of rotation which correspond to 6-forward speed and one reverse positions. A second unit is arranged between the first planetary gear unit and the first unit to manage a power transmission therebetween. One of the second and third planetary gear units is of a double ring type, each being meshed with the sun gear and inside and outside ring gears, and a pinion carrier carrying the pinions. The pinion carrier is connected to the output shaft to rotate therewith.
