摘要： A sealing plate for a prismatic secondary battery includes a pair of mouths for attaching a negative and positive electrode terminals, one mouth being formed near one end in a longitudinal direction of the sealing plate, and the other mouth being formed near the other end, coining areas used for positioning of an insulating member and formed around the pair of mouths on a front face of the sealing plate, a gas release valve and an electrolyte pour hole formed between the pair of mouths, and grooves formed between the respective coining areas and the long side edge of the sealing plate. The groove has a smaller depth near the gas release valve than the depth near the coining area. Even when the sealing plate is produced through forging, the front face has good flatness and the coining areas are unlikely to have a sink mark or a shear drop.

摘要： The present invention has its object to provide a rubber composition for a tread which can prevent reversion and can also achieve environmental performance (excellent rolling resistance, response to depletion of oil resources, attention to CO2 emission), wet grip performance, dry grip performance, handling stability, and durability (abrasion resistance, crack resistance) in a well-balanced manner. The present invention also aims to provide a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition for the tread thereof. The rubber composition for a tread includes a rubber component containing 35% by mass or more of an epoxidized natural rubber; and a white filler, wherein a total sulfur content is less than 1.75% by mass, and a crosslink density is 7.0×10−5 mol/cm3 or more.

摘要： The present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a high-molecular-weight thermoplastic elastomer, a low-molecular-weight thermoplastic elastomer affinitive for the high-molecular-weight thermoplastic elastomer, and a rubber component. The ratio of the number-average molecular weight (Mn1) of the high-molecular-weight thermoplastic elastomer to the number-average molecular weight (Mn2) of the low-molecular-weight thermoplastic elastomer is not less than 1.2 nor more than 500. The rubber is dynamically cross-linked and dispersed in the thermoplastic elastomers. Further, the present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition consisting of a mixture of a thermoplastic elastomer composition (F) containing a high-molecular-weight styrene thermoplastic elastomer having a number-average molecular weight not less than 80,000; a composition (G) consisting of a polar termination-modified thermoplastic elastomer and/or a polar-nonpolar graft polymer; and a rubber compound (H) containing EPDM as a main component thereof. The rubber component of the mixture is dynamically cross-linked and dispersed in the thermoplastic elastomers.
