摘要: Radiofrequency and other electronic devices can be formed from textured hexaferrite materials, such as Z-phase barium cobalt ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 (Co2Z) having enhanced resonant frequency. The textured hexaferrite material can be formed by sintering fine grain hexaferrite powder at a lower temperature than conventional firing temperatures to inhibit reduction of iron. The textured hexaferrite material can be used in radiofrequency devices such as circulators or telecommunications systems.

摘要: The fuel cell according to the present invention has an anode, a cathode and a solid electrolyte layer. The cathode contains a perovskite oxide as a main component. The perovskite oxide is expressed by the general formula ABO3 and including La and Sr at the A site. The solid electrolyte layer is disposed between the anode and the cathode. The cathode has a surface on opposite side to the solid electrolyte layer. A first ratio of a Sr concentration relative to an La concentration is less than or equal to 4 times a second ratio of the Sr concentration relative to the La concentration. The first ratio is detected by use of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy on the surface of the cathode. The second ratio of a Sr concentration relative to a La concentration is detected by use of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy on an exposed surface. The exposed surface is exposed by surface processing of the surface. The exposed surface is positioned within 5 nm of the surface in relation to a direction of thickness.

摘要: A solid state fuel cell includes an anode, a cathode, and a ceramic electrolyte. The ceramic electrolyte includes a silicate oxyapatite represented by REy-xMxSiO6O27±δ, where RE is a rare earth metal, M is an alkali metal, x is greater than 0 and less than 2, y ranges from 9.3 to 10, and δ ranges from 0 to 2. A method for making the solid state fuel cell is also disclosed.

摘要: A molding material mixture for producing casting molds for metal processing, particularly for non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum or magnesium, is intended to reduce problems such as metal-mold reaction and/or shrinkage porosity defect. The free-flowing refractory molding material in the molding material mixture is coated with a mixture of inorganic salts exhibiting a eutectic melting point in the range of about 400 C to about 500 C, particularly in the range of about 420 C to about 460 C. Preferably this coating occurs by contacting the inorganic salt mixture with the molding material mixture at a temperature between 500 C and 700 C, in a manner that maintains the free-flowing nature of the coated product. One mixture of inorganic salts that is used is a mixture consisting of, by weight: 74% potassium fluoroborate; 15% potassium chloride; and 12% potassium fluoride. This mixture has a eutectic melting point of 420 C.

摘要: A dielectric ceramic composition contains: a barium titanate-based powder as a main ingredient; a first accessory ingredient containing Na; a second accessory ingredient containing Ba; and a third accessory ingredient containing Si. A content of the first accessory ingredient (based on moles of Na) is 0.3 to 4.0 moles per 100 moles of the main ingredient, and a Ba/Si ratio is in a range of 0.16 to 1.44.

摘要: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a porous ceramic, the porous ceramic, and a use thereof in the electronic cigarette. The method of preparing a porous ceramic includes: mixing amorphous silica, aluminum oxide and iron oxide uniformly to obtain a mixture; sintering the mixture at a temperature of 1000° C. to 1400° C. for 0.5 hour to 3 hours to obtain a precursor; grinding the precursor to obtain precursor powder; mixing the precursor powder, sodium silicate, and porogen uniformly to obtain a premix; mixing and extruding the premix with water to obtain a molded body; and heat preserving the molded body at a temperature of 200° C. to 600° C. for 1 hour to 6 hours, and sintering the molded body at a temperature of 700° C. to 1200° C. for 0.5 hour to 3 hours to obtain the porous ceramic.

摘要: There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition including a base powder, wherein the base powder includes: a first major component represented by BaTiO3, a second major component represented by (Na, K)NbO3, and a third major component represented by (Bi, Na)TiO3. The base powder is represented by xBaTiO3-y(Na, K)NbO3-z(Bi, Na)TiO3, where x+y+z=1, and x, y, and z are represented by mol, and x, y and z satisfy 0.5≦x≦0.97, 0.01≦y≦0.48, and 0.02≦z≦0.2, respectively. In certain embodiments, the base powder is be represented by xBaTiO3-y(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-z(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3.
